Since the covid BS I take personal health even more seriously.
Clean diet, regular exercise, and sleep are paramount.
The modern day "healthcare" system is making us sicker, not healthier!

It's really awful. They siphon SO much money from the economy. They're worse than the military contractors even.

all it seems to serve the purpose of is constantly raising the cost of medical treatment, while the pharmaceutical companies get us addicted.
Honestly I think people need to learn more about their own bodies more than anything.
