Swimming on sunday morning

Hi everyone!

Swimming was one of my hobbies when I was still a student. it used to be my worked out every weekend. but since I started working, I was not able to swim anymore.

As for this month, I tried to get back to shape and decided to do swimming again every Sunday morning. me and my siblings usually swim around 6am to 7am to avoid getting burn. but sometimes we wake up late, when we arrive its already hot.

As we entered the pool area, I was taken aback by the size of the pool. It is 50 meters long. I had doubts about whether I could complete a lap, as it had been a while since I had done laps. Fortunately, I managed to complete 5 laps, using both breaststroke and freestyle. I hope to be able to do 10 laps after a few more weeks of practice. This pool is typically used for competitions and is also utilized by athletes for training. Thankfully, they are kind enough to provide space for guests.

watching the athletes train is very amazing. most of them are still high school and yet their strokes are very smooth. they look very relax and yet they swim so fast.

And, of course, a good, nice meal after a good, nice workout at our favorite Jollibee.
