Shadow Hunters SMASh Contest - Round 333

Hello Everyone! I hope you have a wonderful day! I usually do my worked out during 5pm after work. I usually go to gym before but sometimes its too tiring to go to the gym because after working out, its already late so i decided to buy some dumbbell at first then my cousin brought some bench so he can also worked out in the house. earlier during my work out, as i was drinking some water while taking a break, i notice the shadow of the bench. then i decided to make it as my entry for this weeks challenge. i even almost forgot about it.
