Enjoying a beautiful and fun Sunday with my family

• Good morning dear hivers, hope you had a fantastic weekend, mine was surrounded by unforgettable and beautiful family moments... I had been trying to organize a meeting with my aunt and my cousin, we have always had a very nice and special relationship, I wanted to organize a small farewell, since my cousin Elionora had received the good news that she had been approved all the paperwork she had done since 1 year ago to go to live in Chile. Whenever we agreed to enjoy a family lunch, my cousin would call to cancel the date, since she always had to run an important errand so that her trip would go perfectly and without any setbacks. After several failed attempts, we decided to make it a Saturday or Sunday, this way it would be impossible for our meeting to be postponed.

• We agreed that the meeting would be on Sunday, our plan was to enjoy a tasty snack, but then I remembered that in our family meetings the hours go by very fast, this usually happens when you are having a great time, you feel that the clock is against you and time flies! I was sure that after talking, my mom would put the dominoes on the table to play several games of dominoes, I felt that there were few hours to enjoy to the fullest, for this reason I asked them to arrive at 10 o'clock in the morning. I prepared some delicious oatmeal pancakes with ham, guiana cheese and homemade strawberry jam, we accompanied our breakfast with a nutritious papaya and banana juice. For lunch I thought of making different types of snacks, the truth is that I didn't want to cook any recipe, since I wanted to dedicate the whole time to my family.

• We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday... My cousin told us some causalities and coincidences that happened while she was doing the paperwork to get her Visa approved, her goal was to enter Chile legally. There were countless setbacks and many inconveniences, but despite all the adversities she had a happy ending... The Universe will always conspire in your favor to fulfill your dreams, we must never lose faith and we must act with optimism, I am sure that positive thoughts act as magnets, materializing all our desires!

• Buenos días queridos hivers, espero que hayan pasado un fantástico fin de semana, el mío estuvo rodeado de inolvidables y bonitos momentos familiares... Tenía tiempo tratando de organizar una reunión con mi tía y mi prima, siempre hemos tenido una relación muy linda y especial, quería organizar una pequeña despedida, ya que mi prima Elionora había recibido la buena noticia de que le habían aprobado todos los trámites que había realizado desde hace 1 año para irse a vivir a Chile. Cada vez que nos poníamos de acuerdo para disfrutar de un almuerzo familiar, mi prima llamaba para cancelar la fecha, ya que siempre tenía que hacer una diligencia importante para que su viaje saliera perfecto y sin ningún tipo de contratiempos. Luego de varios intentos fallidos, decidimos que fuera un sábado o domingo, de esta forma sería imposible que nuestro encuentro se pospusiera.

• Nos pusimos de acuerdo en que la reunión fuera el domingo, nuestro plan era disfrutar de una sabrosa merienda, pero luego recordé que en nuestros encuentros familiares las horas pasan MUY rápido, esto suele suceder cuando la estás pasando muy bien, sientes que el reloj va en tu contra y el tiempo pasa volando! Tenía la certeza de que luego de conversar, mi mamá pondría encima de la mesa las fichas para jugar varias partidas de dominó, sentí que eran pocas horas para poder disfrutar a plenitud, por esta razón les pedí que llegaran a las 10 de la mañana. Preparé unas ricas panquecas de avena con jamón, queso guayanés y mermelada de fresa casera, acompañamos nuestro desayuno con un nutritivo jugo de lechoza y banana. Para el almuerzo se me ocurrió realizar diferentes tipos de pasapalos, la verdad es que no quería cocinar ninguna receta, ya que deseaba dedicar el tiempo completo a mi familia.

• Disfrutamos de un maravilloso domingo... Mi prima nos contó algunas causalidades y coincidencias que ocurrieron mientras realizaba los trámites para que le aprobaran la Visa, su objetivo era ingresar legalmente a Chile. Ocurrieron infinidad de contratiempos y sucedieron muchos inconvenientes, pero a pesar de todas las adversidades consiguió un final feliz... El Universo siempre conspirará a tu favor para cumplir tus sueños, nunca debemos perder la fe y debemos actuar con optimismo, estoy segura que los pensamientos positivos actúan como imanes, materializando todos nuestros deseos!
