Good evening dear friends, I hope you had an unforgettable evening.... Today, you will enjoy a VERY tasty and delicious recipe, I will explain "step by step" how to prepare an exquisite cream cheese dip with bell pepper, parmesan cheese and pepper. You can serve it with toasted bread, crackers or cassava.... Let's put on the apron!

Buenas noches queridos amigos, espero que hayan pasado una tarde inolvidable... Hoy, disfrutarán de una receta MUY sabrosa y deliciosa, les explicaré "paso a paso" como preparar un exquisito ·dip de queso crema con pimiento, queso parmesano y pimienta". Pueden acompañar con pan tostado, galletas saladas o casabe... Pongámonos el delantal!

  • To make this recipe I used: cream cheese, red bell pepper, parmesan cheese, butter, pepper and chives for garnish.
  • Para realizar ésta receta utilicé: queso crema, pimiento rojo, queso parmesano, mantequilla, pimienta y cebollín para decorar.

  • Con ayuda de un tenedor convertiremos nuestro apetitoso queso en una mezcla MUY suave y manejable.

  • Add the butter, preferably with salt.
  • Incorporamos la mantequilla, preferiblemente con sal.

  • Next, add our delicious Parmesan cheese (4 heaping tablespoons). Mix again.

  • In this step, we integrate the paprika, I suggest grating it on the fine side, to enjoy only its pulp and thus avoid feeling the lumpy consistency of its skin.
  • En éste paso, integramos el pimentón, les sugiero rallar por el lado fino, para disfrutar solamente de su pulpa y así evitamos sentir la consistencia grumosas de su piel.

  • Our exquisite dip is ready, serve with the help of a silicone spatula and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Nuestro exquisito dip está listo, servimos con ayuda de una espátula de silicón y dejamos reservar en a nevera durante 30 minutos.
