Trip, Mae Ai District, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand : Visit Wat Pang Ton Dua. (Samakkhi Tham).

✍️ Hello everyone. Trip, mae ai district, chiang mai province, Thailand 3 days ago, this post is the 4th attraction that I will share for my mae ai district trip. This place is a Thai temple and the 3rd Thai temple for mae ai district trip.
This temple is named Wat Pang Ton Dua, Thai language will write that วัดปางต้นเดื่อ. This temple is located in mae ai subdistrict, mae ai district, chiang mai province, thailand. The location of the temple is on a high mountain. Before reaching the temple, we will find a tourist attraction, which is a viewpoint on a mountain called Doi Lang.
This temple is not very prominent within the temple. Inside the temple there is a large beautiful chapel, a storage building for the temple's use and a monk's cloister.

✍️ Route Chiang Mai - Mae Ai When arriving at Mae Ai District, you will have to drive up a high mountain road for approximately 8 kilometers.
The highlight of this temple, I think is the viewpoint on the high mountain where this temple is located. The area around the temple has many viewpoints. But I took a picture of the scenery at only one viewpoint. Due to we have limited time, because we have to pick up our son and granddaughter at school. That day, the scenery and atmosphere were beautiful and Mist.

✍️ The last story I want to share about this temple is history of temple. This temple was built in A.D. 1930, 92 years ago. It was built by the headman and villagers of Pang Ton Dua village at that time. This temple has another name, Wat Samakkhi Tham. Or call the name of this temple Wat Pang Ton Dua. (Samakkhi Tham).
