Story of me and my family part 21 : Food and simple life today.

Hello everyone.

✍️ My son and granddaughter don't go to school on sundays. Most of the time, we will stay at home with a simple life, we don't go anywhere. Every Sunday we get up early, me and my wife will wait in front of the house to offer food to the monks. offer food to the monks is a daily routine that we do every Sunday. And I share our stories and photos of offer food to the monks on every Sunday post as well. But this week I took a few photos of the offer food to the monks this morning. It was cool this morning so we put on 2 shirts. And today is the first day of the month without fog in the morning. We waited for the monks in front of our house and soon the monks arrived in our village.

✍️ Today would not have any special stories or activities. We live a simple life and food for our today, It's simple too. My next story in this post, so I focus on the food story for today.
Today we got a pumpkin from our neighbor. At first, my wife intended to bring pumpkin to cook, by making stir-fried pumpkin with eggs. But she changed her mind and used pumpkins to make desserts. This dessert she made for our pre-lunch and dinner appetizers.

✍️ My wife cooked dessert for coconut milk jelly with pumpkin. The shape of coconut milk jelly with pumpkin may not be beautiful, but it's sweet and delicious and the kids love it. Especially my son, the boy seemed to like coconut jelly with pumpkin.

✍️ For lunch, the wife cooked a simple menu for the family. I think it's a food that many people used to eat. That's fried rice, she cooked fried rice with sausage, Chinese sausage and fried egg. Fried rice is a simple menu but everyone in my family likes to eat this menu.

✍️ The story and final photo for this post is the dinner my wife cooked. Today's family dinner that my wife cooked was simple again. That is stir-fried noodles in soy sauce with pork.
I didn't take pictures of the cooking process of stir-fried noodles in soy sauce with pork and fried rice. and how to make both menus. I think it's a simple menu. And everyone should have seen it often. So I decided not to share for this post.
