Simple lunch and dessert my wife cooked today.

(Edited)

Hello everyone.

✍️ Today I'm going to write a story about the food and dessert my wife cooks. This meal is our lunch. Today my wife cooks another simple meal. Today's lunch menu is Minced pork chili paste and fried minced pork, eaten with cucumber and glutinous rice. Due to, I'm not a good storyteller. So today I focus more on photography than on how to cook. Today I try to photograph the entire cooking process instead of writing a description of the cooking. But I will write how to cook that my wife cooks roughly.

✍️ The first menu that I will write is Minced pork chili paste. My wife took the chili and shallots and burned them on the gas stove. Wife took minced pork. which she has finished chopping and boiling until cooked. After that, she took the burnt chilies and shallots and pounded them in a mortar. And put the minced pork in a mortar and pound everything thoroughly mixed together. Done for a rough how-to for the first menu.

✍️ The second menu is fried minced pork. My wife, she puts the pork in the blender instead of the chopping method to make minced pork. After that, she added soy sauce to flavor it. And she took the seasoned pork chops and fried them in the pan. Done for the second menu.

✍️ For the next story is my wife's dessert making. The dessert she made today is sweet rice gnocchi with sago and muskmelon in coconut milk. Wife makes sweet rice gnocchi herself.
She took the red dragon fruit and mixes it with flour to make sweet rice gnocchi. After that, she took the dough to make sweet rice gnocchi and molded it into the shape as shown in the photo. And she took sweet rice gnocchi to boil. It's done for making sweet rice gnocchi.

✍️ The next step, the wife took the ready-made sago and boils it. And cut the Muskmelon into small pieces that fit into a mouthful.

✍️ The next step, she makes coconut milk using boiled coconut milk mixed with milk. When finished, my wife scooped everything (sweet rice gnocch, sago and muskmelon) together in a small bowl for eating dessert.

✍️ This is stories and photos of lunches and dessert my wife cooked for today's post. Have a nice day. See you again. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗

Muskmelon is one of my favorites, but it's hard to find here in the mountains because there aren't many farms or fruit/veggie growers. Because we are only a few minutes from the Thai border, we also have the same brand of coconut milk in bottles. We used to always buy only fresh coconut milk in our previous town, but here there are no coconut trees, and also no markets where there is always a coconut milk vendor with a pressing machine.

Muskmelon in my district now the hill tribe people sell it in abundance at a cheap price. I prefer fresh coconut milk. Because fresh coconut milk is probably more delicious than coconut milk in a bottle. But there are not many coconut trees in this area. Thank you.
