Simple and healthy dinner for my family : Stir fried zucchini with mushroom and egg.

✍️ Today I'm going to bring everyone to watch my family's dinner. which is the food that my wife cooks. Dinner for my family Today it is simple and healthy food. As always, the vegetables that his wife had pick up as food ingredients. It comes from organic vegetables that I grow in the fenced area around my house.

The zucchini plants I am growing now still produce a lot of zucchini and my wife often pick up zucchini for cooking. Today I had to help my wife pick up the zucchini, because the zucchini plants creep up the branches of the big trees. The zucchini was tall, so I had to use a ladder and a stick to collect the zucchini from a high place. Today I pick up 4 zucchini.

✍️ Before my wife brought the zucchini to cook for dinner. I took a photo of the zucchini to show my friend the size of the zucchini. Compared to my granddaughter's face and my arms. Friends will see that it is very long. This zucchini plant is larger and sweeter than other zucchini. So I chose to grow this zucchini.

✍️ Today's dinner menu is called stir fried zucchini with mushroom and egg. There are only 3 ingredients for this menu : zucchini, mushrooms and eggs.

✍️ Easy cooking method It was similar to the boil my wife used to cook. But today my wife used to stir fry instead. The first step is to stir fry the zucchini and mushrooms with water until cooked.

✍️ The second step is to add the eggs and stir-fry them with the zucchini and mushrooms. Finished and seasoned with the desired seasoning. But my wife only uses soy sauce.
