Offer food to the monks this morning with my wife.

✍️ Hello everyone. Every sunday, the routine that me and my wife do in the morning is to offer food to the monks. Offering food to the monks is one of the Buddhist routines and duties. But there is no regulations that everyone has to do it, whoever has free time or convenient can offer food to the monks. Me and my wife like to offer food to the monks, make merit and pay homage to the monks at the temple. So friends see my post sharing photos of offering food to the monks, making merit, worshiping Buddha images and visiting temples often. Because my wife and I always believe that when we make merit or do good deeds, besides we get only good things and auspiciousness for ourselves and our family. We can share merit or good deeds to others as well. For that reason, I like to share those stories with my friends.
This morning my wife and I offer food to the monks in the middle of quite cool weather and misty in front of our house. Today, 2 novices came to the village to receive food from our offer food to the monks. This morning my wife's mother and granddaughter didn't offer food to the monks with us as usual. So we offer food to the monks just me and my wife. Of course we are happy and smiling every time, when we offer food to the monks.
