Hello everyone. This post I want to share the foods that my wife cooks from chemical free vegetables I grow in the home garden. My wife once again cooked simple foods for our family. There are 3 menus in this post. The first menu is green curry with chicken. The second menu is clear soup and stuffed cucumber with minced pork. And the third menu is stir-fry gurmar, small vegetable fern and chaya with oyster sauce. Before watching the food that my wife cooked. The first menu : green curry with chicken.
Ingredients for green curry with chicken.
- chicken
- kaffir lime leaves
- green brinjal
- basil
- curry paste for green curry with chicken
- coconut milk
- milk
- shrimp paste
- red chili pepper
How to cook green curry with chicken.
Step 1 Put coconut milk in a pot and simmer for a while. Then put the curry paste and shrimp paste to the pot. Stir-fry curry paste and shrimp paste mix with coconut milk until cooked and fragrant.
Step 2 Put the chicken in the pot and stir-fry chicken mixed with the previous ingredients until the chicken is almost cooked. Then put water in a pot and boil until the water boils.
Step 3 When the water boils, add the green brinjal to boil in the pot. Boil until the green brinjal is almost cooked, about 6 minutes. Then put the red chilies to the pot and boil for a while.
Step 4 Put the basil in a pot and boil for a while.
Step 5 put coconut milk and milk in a pot, then stir to mix with the curry and boil for a while. Turn off the gas stove.
Done, green curry with chicken. Green curry with chicken, you can eat with hot rice or eat with thai rice flour noodle.

How to cook clear soup and stuffed cucumber with minced pork.
My wife used a pork blender and mixed with vermicelli to cook the minced pork instead of chopping the pork. Then she stuffed minced pork with cucumbers.
Put water in a pot and boil until boiling, then put seasoning sauce and pork flavor seasoning powder to make a clear soup.
Put stuffed cucumber with minced pork in the pot. Boil until the stuffed cucumber with minced pork are cooked.
Then put the carrots in the pot and boil until the carrots are cooked for a while. Turn off the gas stove. Done, clear soup and stuffed cucumber with minced pork.

How to cook this menu, it's simple. Stir-fried garlic with vegetable oil. Put all the vegetables in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables with water. When stir-frying until the vegetables are cooked, season with oyster sauce and pork flavor seasoning powder. Turn off the gas stove. Done, stir-fry gurmar, small vegetable fern and chaya with oyster sauce.
