Consistency in what you Do brings you Success

I want this topic to be solely focused on how I have been performing on this platform. After a number of years wandering into the blockchain of Steem/Hive, I have realized that the most rewarded and trusted authors are not only rewarded for the content they provide but also by how they look at Hive. If you look at who the whales are supporting, it's most likely the people that they see that is not only adding content but those people who are continuously trying to build their confidence into the platform.

That is how Hive Power becomes very influential because it gives confidence and drives the people to support you. This is what I observed mostly and I agree with how they view them. Why would you support an author that only considers cashing out his earnings from his blog posts over someone you know will be a valuable asset in the future of Hive? It does make sense why people support developers, marketing strategists, and knowledge-driven people that are also into growing up their Hive Power or their Leo Power.

For them to achieve the kind of HP they need to add value to posts, they need consistency on how they provide value to the platform may it be content-related posts, development updates, witness nodes, and other initiatives they are trying to put into the table for the benefit of Hive. On my end, I am and will always power up all of the Hive I can get possible. I am even converting my GLX rewards from staking just to speed up my power-up process. By the way, it looks, I can see that I can really attest that 4,000 HP by the end of the year. Isn't it exciting? Not yet, because my goal is to reach a $1/full vote.
