A Career Challenge + Financial Sustainability
Just recently, I have been very busy working on all of the papers needed for my new employment journey. This is the reason why my activity on Hive has been minimal. I have to pass series of interviews and examinations to be able to finally say I'm hired. I am the lucky one, I should say because the company is trying to freeze hiring new employees supposedly but because the director of the department I am assigned really looks forward to have me in his team, he did all he could to sign me. That's sweet, right?
This will be a new challenge in my life because this is an on-site setup. My activity spending online will truly be lessened because this is an 8-hour work, five days a week. But definitely, I'll surely find time on Hive.
This is one of the jobs that I really look forward working, that's why I'm happy having this position. This excites and ignites my passion back into my profession and I can't wait to start. This is truly one of the best moments of my career. This is a challenge because this is a new field but definitely a greener pasture.
This is also a career for financial sustainability. The freelancing world is full of uncertainty and I can't afford to lose a job in an instant. We never know what our client thinks and there's no binding contract that holds us to work for them at a very long time. This regular job that I can say, a long-term partnership will help me in my financial sustainability in the future as I plan to have my own family very soon.
