Hola amigos, espero hayan estado muy bien, el día de hoy vengo a compartirles una receta de un postre muy rico y relativamente económico: Budín, mi mamá acostumbraba prepararlo cuando era niña, ella me enseño hace ya varios ayeres, y yo en algunas ocasiones lo hago para vender o solo para disfrutar en casa.

Les cuento que los ingredientes son muy sencillos de conseguir y muchas veces ya los tenemos en casa.

Generalmente acostumbro comprar bolillos para la cena o el desayuno, y creo a todos nos ha pasado que se nos van acumulando y van quedando duros, esto no quiere decir que ya no sirvan, lo que podemos hacer es refrigerarlos para que no se echen a perder en lo que podemos preparar este postre.

Ingredientes:

  • Pan duro, generalmente lo preparo con bolillo, si no los tienes duros, puedes prepararlos con pan del día.
  • Leche
  • Leche condensada, leche evaporada, estas le dan mejor sabor, pero de igual manera se pudieran eliminar
  • Media crema
  • 4 Huevos
  • 1 y 1/2 taza Azúcar,
  • Pizca de sal
  • Esencia de vainilla
  • Mantequilla sin sal
  • Canela en raja
  • Uva pasa, esto es a su elección, en esta ocasión lo omití ya que no le gustan a mi hijo.

Preparación:

Se coloca en un recipiente el pan, el cual se debe partir en pedazos para que se pueda mojar con la leche, calculando que no quede muy liquido, posteriormente se agrega la leche condensada, la media crema, huevos, azúcar, vainilla, la pizca de sal, mantequilla y canela, se mezcla muy bien hasta que sea una mezcla homogénea, se añaden las uvas pasas y se reserva.

En un molde se agrega azúcar con muy poca agua para preparar el caramelo, una vez listo se vacía la mezcla anterior y se pone a cocer a baño maría por 45 - 60 minutos aproximadamente para posteriormente retirarlos del fuego y dejar enfriar un poco, desmoldar y listo, se deja enfriar para poder disfrutarlo en familia.
