My visit to the college after a long time

I am very happy that I am sharing my routine with you guys about this day. This post is basically about my visit to my old time college after a long time.

College visit.

College is a place or college is a life which is favourite for about 85% of students because in school life a children consider himself very little or very immature but in college life a children becomes adult to some extent and at that time children try to enjoy everything of life so mostly college life is favourite for everyone that why it's also my very favourite.

Yesterday I received the message from college that the one who want to receive certificate of intermediate can receive tomorrow so today I decide to receive that certificates that's why I have to visit my college after a lot of time and it was an opportunity for me to again meet with some of my college friends.

First of all I get up early in the morning and then I get ready for going to college but I have to come back at 11 o'clock because I also have to go to hospital as I am doing internship in a nearby hospital present at 10 minutes distance to my home so at 10:45 I come back but over all I really enjoyed two hours with my friends.

Hospital timing
At 12:15 p.m. I was in hospital and I was checking a patient and that patient was of straightening of lumbar spine so for pain relief first of all I apply heating pad and then I apply transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation to painful and affected area and then I performed some of important exercises according to her condition.

In hospital I attended three patients today as I was late already that's why I was unable to attend more patients today but still it was a lot of learning for me.

Following an account of nutritionist
When I come back from hospital to my home then I see the message of my friend and she is a nutritionist so she was requesting me to visit her account and to promote her content about nutrition so that everyone may get benefited about nutrition because it's very important to spread awareness about it
