Twenty seventh of November

Greetings!

At the start of the day, I knew the day was going to burn with sun as it has been lately, burning like it never rained this year.
When I woke up, I quickly went to spread the clothes I was washing last night before electricity was seized. I couldn't spin them before the electricity was seized, so I had them dumped in the bucket, waiting for daybreak to rinse again and spread them. I did just that and allowed them to feel the hotness of the sun. Sometimes I pity clothes hung on a rope under the sun; it's good they're not humans.

After that, I sorted out breakfast—a very shallow one. I ate and sat in my office to attend to other things, especially my phone, and that was the moment I wrote and published my article in the morning.

I was still seated when one of the neighbors, the one I'm very close with, came to show me the message his girlfriend sent to him this morning. It was a breakup message, and he was surprised because they never had any issue or quarrel the night before to warrant anything of such. He said he tried calling her, but the girl refused to answer the call.
The guy, upon how hard he poses, looked so weakened by the WhatsApp message. He didn’t know what to do, so he came to meet me to seek advice. As a nice guy, I gave him the best advice, which is to get to know why the girl decided to quit before taking any action, feeling down, or crying. Lol.

During the afternoon, the sun was blazing very hot. I walked to my garden to meet my plants, and I could feel how terribly they were affected by the hotness of the sun.

My day didn’t get much of happenings. It’s just work and talk.

Thanks for reading.

Hmm, indeed the sun is scorching these days but what can we do than to look for measures to cool off.

Help those plants of yours by creating a make shift shade for them
