A day to relax

When I saw this post, I didn't think much until my heart-demanding answer popped in; Just have a good rest.

I'm in a situation where my days and nights don't go as planned because I'm hunting for money. I do work that's totally dependent on client demand, and I need to be up and doing to please them in order to retain them no matter what, so disappointing them is out of the dictionary.

It's not like I work all day and night, no, but sometimes it can't just be predictable; I can be seen glued to my phone now, and the next minute, I'm ironing clothes (yeah, I'm into laundry).

I work in the office during the day, and I still have my pressing table and electric iron in my house, which I utilise whenever there is public light, which we don't see often, so anytime light comes, even at night, I will leave whatever I'm doing to take advantage of the light. This has given me sleepless, restless days and nights, plus the fact that my clients know me to my house and I get a knock on my door at any hour of the 24 hours of the day, especially at night whenever there's light, because some of them would want their work to be done with free light so they can haggle the price.
It's not like I can't change and create time for myself; I can, but I'm just hunting for money so badly, and this money is not coming as I wanted. Lol😄

According to my dad, taking a nap in the afternoon has a way of nourishing the body and adds weight to those of us that aare slim in stature, so he doesn't miss that anytime he has the chance to do so. Even when we go to the farm and it's time for a break, before you know it, he'll doze off.

That's what I want; I just want a day of no stress where I can try this nap and feel refreshed and nourished. I can't remember the last time I had a nap; even the Sundays I scheduled for my me-time always end up being the busiest.

I feel so jealous of my neighbours whenever I meet any of them with swollen eyes as a result of a deep nap during the day... I just wish to be like them.

On a day where there'll be light, instead of me rushing to plug in my electric iron to work, I would plug in my laptop, put on loud music to disturb the neighbours to let them know I'm still a tenant in the house, and press my phone from the softness of my bed.
I remember having a conversation with Ibbtammy one day, and she was like, "You're always busy; don't go and run mad ooo!" I smiled and really wished to be freed, but nobody understands.

This busyness is the reason why you don't see me around striking a good engagement on the blockchain like many of you. In fact, I've wanted to be active on the Discord channel, but there's no chance at all.
So, a day of freedom would give me the opportunity to announce myself to this blockchain, make noise, and be noticed.

That's it—a day to relax, stay off work, and add flesh to my skin.
