I learnt that we should do good to those who love us and to those who dont love us because if we do good to those who only love us,we have not done the will of GOD.
We can feed our enemies if we see them hungry and we can also show love by praying for our enemies to change from their evil ways .
I learnt that if we do good to others,the LORD GOD will also do same to us.
We should be in obedience to the will of GOD in the aspect of helping one another and also be considerate of one another.
I learnt that those who don’t choose the fear of GOD will seek GOD but wont find him and nothing will work for them because the whole duty of man is to fear GOD and obey his commandments.
Some people may ask you why do you keep doing good with most of your life or time,our response should be that it is the duty of man to be good towards his fellow man.
We should fulfill the law of CHRIST in our time as christians by bearing each other’s burdens.
I learnt that it is not only by faith a man is justified but by work also.
Our works should not be evil works but works that are good which are commanded to us by GOD.
I learnt that if we walk in the way GOD commanded us,all will be well with us.
I learnt that doing good is actually for our own good.
Everything one does,wether good or bad,the same will he receive.
I learnt that what ever it is that comes out of our mouth should be according to the will and gospel of Christ .
I learnt that repaying evil for evil is bad and it is not of GOD but we should always repay evil with good because we are called unto a blessing.
If we repay evil with evil we wont be able to proclaim the honor of GOD who called us.
If we must inherit a blessing from GOD,no matter the evil done against us or towards us,we must not repay evil with evil.
We should follow suit the examples of CHRIST JESUS,HE went about doing good and was never tired of doing good even unto his death he did good
We should not discriminate anyone,no matter his origin or race or color we should love them just like CHRIST loved us and we should remember that GOD is no respecter of persons..he loved us all equally.
It is only those who do the will of GOD are the those who CHRIST called his friends,his brothers and his sisters
We should do good to all,no matter his religion or political beliefs,so long as we are doing the right things GOD commanded us to do,we should not put their religious beliefs or political beliefs in front.
I learnt from brother Eli that if we keep making new year resolutions every year it means that we haven’t being staying through to the resolutions and he further explained that if we make a new year resolution,that is enough solong as we stay through to it for the rest of our lives
If we want to do the will of GOD and be on the right path,we should ask GOD to help us.
It is our duty to promote love and doing of good to our fellow men
If we dont show compassion towards our brothers or sisters or anyone who is in need and within us we have the capacity to help them,it is clear that the love of GOD is not in us.
