My difficult thing to do/watching someone been killed publicly
We have found ourselves in a generation where things are going wrong publicly and no one wants to know or give a dime about what is really going on. We Have found ourselves in a generation where people mind their business so much that even when we see someone at the point of death, we ignore them and go about doing our business.
This tragedy might not be at your side, but it's very rampart where I stay. Though people are always afraid to help strangers as they believe in the saying "Trust no one". So people don't trust even their brothers and relatives not to talk of trusting strangers.
My elder sister was in a bus going back to school, she was sitting in front while there were about 3 big guys in thesame bus but where sitting just behind her. She was operating her phone chatting and smiling and all of a sudden someone from behind grabbed the phone and immediately sat back on his sit, she saw it as a joke and didn't turn immediately to see who snatched her phone, she smiled and was like people are stupid, she later turned to ask who took her phone but everyone was silent, no one at the back seat understood what this girl is saying, they kept mute till the bus arrived it's destination where all passengers must alight from the bus, but to my sister's dismay no one said nothing even as they came out of the bus, and she was like who took my phone among you guys but all said nothing and when about doing their business. That was how she lost the phone publicly.
One thing I find difficult to do and is to watch someone being beaten or about to be killed publicly and I bring out my phone to video the event instead of calling the police. I find it difficult to see someone being ma handled and keep quiet.
Someone who really was a cultists was killed by and opposing cult group in the market and people where there selling and some brought out their phones to video instead of calling the police. I know if you go there I might be a casualty but the police can do something about it.
Two boys were born alive, though they stole, but what they stole was a bike and 7 android phones, but if you see their bodies how burnt they were. I'm not saying stealing is good but it is not given to a man to kill his fellow man. If those people where reported to the Police, they would have served punishment but not to be killed immediately.
In view of God's mercy, please let us try in any way we can to see that we save people's life from being terminated publicly. If you can fight for them, fine if you can't please call the emergency number before doing anything. Sometimes when I put myself in the shoes of these people about to be killed publicly, I know how bad I feel when someone instead of saving me stays to watch how I die.
Really watching people being killed publicly is something I find difficult to do.
