Introduction.

Greetings to you hope everyone here is doing well, this is probably my first post in this great community ever since I joined hive.

Look up to my post and enjoy the various process followed as to how we from this end use to prepare our native soup called Again Soup.

Introduction To Afan Soup.

Just as you may know I'm from Nigeria, we are the most populated black nation in the world and in conclusion the Giant of Africa.

We have so many ethic colourations and a diverse economy, I'm from the southern part of the country, we have our culture and traditions.

When we talk about our culture we are referring to the way we dress, speak, the nature of the food we eat and how it's been prepared, that is what I will be sharing at this particular time of asking.

Cooking Afan Soup to us is very easy but for people who aren't our tribe it will look difficult to then but there are always room to learn.

Many thanks to the founders of this great blogging platform, at least millions of people around the world will see how we make this Afan Soup in my place.

Trust me if not for this wonderful platform many wouldn't have got the advantage to know how this particular Soup is been prepared.

The images uploaded above are the various process the preparations undergone before the end product came to fruition.

First I bought all the ingredients just as I have listed then above, slized the water-leaf and washed the fish and meat inconjunction with the cray-fish.

After that I steemed the thing's washed together and it was kept in a separate bowel all together, after that I poured oil in a pot.

After adding oil I added everything I steemed together with the oil and i allowed it to boil together before I added Maggi, salt, and other things.

When everything was added I allowed it to boil together for at least 90minute before I tasted it and realized that the food was ready for consumption all round.

Indeed food is ready, let me use this means to call all of you to come join me from this end. Check out the snapshot below.

@kingcent21,

This certainly looks like a delicious soup. Let me, however, just share a few thoughts... or maybe, suggestions. I would invite you to look at some other posts, that were added to this community. Or any other food-related community. I am not saying to be just like everyone else. But see how others have posted their recipes... look at the layout they have shared. Also... in regard to the comment from @janettyanez; it is always a good idea, to read through, and understand, the rules and guidelines of the respective community in which you are posting.
