NEVER, NOT FOR THE WHOLE MONEY IN THE WORLD BANK.

People do things for different reasons, but for whatever reason there may be, I'm of an opinion that everyone has a price tag, which once it's reached, they might or will find themselves succumbing to what they thought they will never have agreed to even for a million dollar or more.

At this point before some will start throwing stones, I have seen from experience people do unthinkable things for what many will say was for money; like one time I saw a lady was ready to undress on the street for 200,000 naira (two hundred thousand naira). Some will call her a slot for doing so, and judge her for whatever reason there is, but then it was later discovered that she had a disorienting health issue and needed surgery urgently with no support from anyone, plus she had rejected so many attempts to sleep with men for money and was coming from the hospital that day were the doctors told her she might not make it to the following week if she doesn't do the surgery. After hearing her story, she began having sympathizers.

Looking at the whole issue from a point, I think she got to her breaking point, for some doing something despicable for money, might not really have anything to do with them or the money; such as a case where a man agrees to rub a bank because he needed to save his daughter. This is not me making an excuse for such people or their actions, but rather sitting an obvious fact that many times greed is not all there is to commit a crime for money

THE ISSUE OF GREED

When it comes to the issue of greed, people tend to make a lot of excuses, and some even get to be religious about it, using the scripture in the bible that says; Money answers all things. This theory though has for a fact been proven true (I wouldn't like to go into details here) but then; *Not all things answers to money, and for me, there are things I will never greedily agree to, not even if I'm offered the entire money in the world bank. (Just like saying even if I'm offered more than a million dollars.) But then I also hope I don't meet situations that would make me reconsider my stance on my integrity.

NEVER DATE OR MARRY FOR MONEY

I don't see myself enduring the pain to marry anyone at all for money. Even if the person is deeply in love with me, if I don't love you, forget it, but then you could stay in the friend's zone.

I have been in a near situation about two years ago when I was told a rich friend of mine was in love with me. She would normally spend on me, and even come to my house with food and a lot of gifts for my siblings with high reverence for me, she never really told me anything in words, although her friends did the talking for her, I couldn't care less (not in a mean way though). We are still very close friends till now, and I never mentioned anything about it till she left the country because I didn't want to give her false hope or hurt her in any way. She's my friend, and that's all to it.

I CAN NEVER DO DRUGS

Apart from drugs, I can't even find myself committing any form of crime for money. But then I wouldn't want to brag about these things, because life is uncertain. Drugs are something I see myself not doing, by not doing, I mean whether it's selling or taking. I can't take it because I'm allergic to so many hard drugs, and even if I see the one I'm not allergic to, I don't think my phobia will allow me to take it. And even if I surpass my phobia for hard drugs, I have a really strong stand against drug abuse for whatever reason, which is also a reason I can't sell it. Another reason I wouldn't be able to sell it is that I can't sell what I can't take.

My stand however is that there is dignity in labour, and my integrity I can't trade for money. So there it is. I wouldn't want to continue any further even though I still have a lot to talk about on this topic. Your comments will be highly appreciated regardless of however it comes (Criticism or a contribution)

Thanks for stopping by my blog once again, until next time.

Nice entry, sir. Drugs are something we should never experiment with because they are highly addictive and can ruin our lives. You really touched on interesting points. Thanks for sharing and good luck in this contest!

(Edited)

In situations where people's lives are at stake if they don't compromise, I understand if they do but thing is, they still have a choice not to.
It is only people of character that will still keep to their integrity no matter what and not many people have it. Thank you so much for sharing. I had a great read.

Yes of course not compromising is a choice. And most atimes many can't just imagine making the hard choices and for some, they only needed someone to help them make the right decision.

However, we all get to stand up to what ever decision we have chosen. Thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate it.
