Un día de full planche
Hola, comunidades de Hive y Ecency, el día de hoy les quiero hablar sobre mi día entrenando full planche. En lo personal mi truco estático favorito siempre ha sido la full planche por el efecto de impresión que causa y el esfuerzo que hubo detrás para dormir dicho movimiento, por mi parte me tomo un año y unos cuantos meses el poder aguantar la postura, digo aguantar porque aun tengo que perfeccionar la postura ya que aún sigo cometiendo errores como el no bloquear correctamente los codos y tener una inclinación exagerada a la hora de realidad la full planche, es decir tengo mucho por mejorar y aprender.
El día de hoy mi entrenamiento de full planche no fue la gran cosa llegué tarde y por lo tanto no iba a tener mucho tiempo para entrenar, comencé con un calentamiento rápido pero adecuado para no lecionarme mientras estuviera entrenando, cuando termine de calentar hice aguantes en full planche con asistencia usando la liga de 5 kilos, este ejercicio me ayudara a mejorar la postura y corregir el resto de errores, los siguientes ejercicios son bastantes simples por como ya mencioné antes tengo dolor en los dorsales y me recomendaron descansar o entrenar con menos intensidad.
Me sentí bastante bien entrenando, bueno aún teniendo la molestia de los dorsales el entrenamiento estaba muy bien, acompañado de un lindo día, recibí correcciones por parte de un compañero de entrenamiento llamado @wilber-sw el me corrijo la inclusión excesiva que tenía dandome algunos consejos, saludos para el.
Tengo varios objetivos con la full planche por lo cual tengo que entrenar y aprender bastante para conseguir esos objetivos, estoy pensando en nuevas rutinas y nuevas estrategias para conseguir dominar lo mas posible la full planche desde de todo me encanta ese truco estático, voy por eso y mucho mas.

Today my full planche training was not a big deal, I was late and therefore I was not going to have much time to train, I started with a quick but adequate warm-up so as not to injure myself while I was training, when I finished warming up I did holds in full planche with assistance using the 5 kilo league, this exercise will help me improve my posture and correct the rest of the errors, the following exercises are quite simple because, as I mentioned before, I have pain in my back and they recommended that I rest or train with less intensity. I felt pretty good training, well even having the discomfort of my lats the training was very good, accompanied by a nice day, I received corrections from a training partner called @wilber-sw he corrected the excessive inclusion that I had giving me some advice, greetings to him. I have several goals with the full planche so I have to train and learn a lot to achieve those goals, I am thinking about new routines and new strategies to master the full planche as much as possible from everything I love that static trick, I am going for that and much more.
