Hello, Hive community, today I bring you the first routine that I did when I started seriously in Street workout. This routine helped me a lot in my beginnings when I barely had a single muscle up, but it should be noted that when I started I already had some initial strength, which made this routine not so difficult to perform and yet it was still difficult for me in its moment. After a while I adapted, improved the technique of the exercises and made each repetition more strict. Thanks to this routine, I gained more strength in my back, biceps, shoulders, chest, abdomen, triceps and other muscles. I named this routine: "The 100 pull-ups", since it is the exercise that was most difficult for me and the one that helped me the most. The routine is the following: 10 x 5 pull-ups in supine grip. 10 x 5 pull-ups in prone grip. 10 x 5 Australian in prone grip at shoulder height. 10 x 5 Australian in open prone grip. 10 x 5 Australian in closed prone grip. 10 x 5 Australian in supine grip at shoulder height. 10 x 5 Australian in open supine grip. 10 x 5 Australian in close grip. 17 x 4 backgrounds. 25 x 5 korean dips. 10 x 4 normal push-ups. 10 x 4 diamond push-ups. I recommend that you take your time to master this routine since it is not easy to do at first. Take your time to recover and don't rest too much, nor too little. Find the point where you can recover enough and not get cold. 5 to 10 minutes is what I recommend! In addition, I leave you some photos in which you can see the different grips, supine and prone, so that there is no confusion. Additionally, the photos also show me performing the different exercises, so that you can guide yourself and get an idea of the exercise.
