🥜🥜Peanut Rice Recipe🥜🥜
Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you all are doing well and are healthy. I am also fine. Once again, I am going to share a tasty recipe with you, which is very easy to make. So, let's find out how to make it. Its name is Peanut Rice. It is very delicious. So, let's see what ingredients we need to make it.
Ingredients✅
🌼- Cooked rice - 1 cup (about 100 grams of rice)
🌼- Peanuts - 50 grams
🌼- Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
🌼- Green chilies - 4-5 (finely chopped)
🌼- One small mango (finely chopped, optional)
🌼- Lemon - 1 (finely chopped)
🌼- Oil - 2 tablespoons
🌼- Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
🌼- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
🌼- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
🌼- Salt - to taste
Instructions✅
- I have some cooked rice from the morning. Let it cool down.finely chop the onions, green chilies, and lemon.
Grate or finely chop the mango (if using).
- Heat oil in a pan. once the oil is hot, add the peanuts and roast until they are light brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same oil, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds for tempering when they turn golden brown, add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- After the onions are browned, add the grated mango (if using) and turmeric powder. Mix well.
- Add the cooked rice , salt to taste and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
