Well i guess what you have is the magic touch but I'll classify you to be under the category of working hard. It's awesome how you please your customer though, that can be where the talent comes in, but you are working hard at the moment

Thank you so much for this. Indeed it was majorly hardwork because I had sleepless nights on some occasions just to meet up with customer's demands
