(DE/EN) Kheldar plays Blood Bowl 3 - DBBL Season 1 Match 4
Orks gegen Schwarzorks
In Match 4 der DBBL geht es gegen Whisky und seine Schwarzorks.
Nach ihrem ersten Sieg im dritten Spiel sind meine Orks top motiviert.
Whisky hat bisher 3 Unentschieden abgeliefert und liegt damit noch vor mir in der Tabelle.
Da es ein eher kurzes Spiel war, verzichte ich auf die Verlinkung zum Video und poste lieber ein paar Screenshots.
Schauen wir mal auf die Teams:
Orcs against Black Orcs
Match 4 of the DBBL is against Whisky and his Black Orcs.
After their first win in the third game, my Orcs are highly motivated.
Whisky has drawn 3 games so far and is still ahead of me in the table.
Since it was a rather short game, I'll refrain from linking to the video and post a few screenshots instead.
Let's take a look at the teams:
Goddelau Greenskins [Kheldar]
Meinem Team fehlen weiterhin der Blitzer und der Goblin, die in Spiel 1 das Zeitliche gesegnet haben. Sie werden im Spiel durch zwei Lineorks mit Loner ersetzt.
Nach dem dritten Spiel konnte ich zumindest einen Blitzer mit Mighty Blow und einen mit Guard versehen.
Einen Apotheker konnte ich mir nach Spiel 2 kaufen, sodass ich hoffentlich in diesem Spiel von Verlusten verschont bleibe und mein Roster wieder auffüllen kann.
My team is still missing the Blitzer and the Goblin, who died in game 1. They are replaced in the game by two Lineorcs with Loner.
After the third game, I was able to equip at least one Blitzer with Mighty Blow and one with Guard.
I was able to buy an Apothecary after game 2, so hopefully I'll be spared losses in this game and can replenish my roster.
Green Bay Blockers [Whisky]
Die Blockers verfügen über ein Standardroster mit Troll, 6 Schwarzorks sowie 4 Goblins.
Ergänzt durch einen Apother und zwei Re-Rolls.
Ein Goblin könnte bereits einen Skill erhalten. Whisky spart aber wohl darauf, dem Gobbo Block zu geben.
Das sollte ein ausgeglichenes Match geben.
The Blockers have a standard roster with a Troll, 6 Black Orcs and 4 Goblins.
Supplemented by an Apother and two Re-Rolls.
A goblin could already receive a skill. Whisky is probably saving on giving the gobbo a block.
That should make for an even match.
Turn 1
Whisky gewinnt den Münzwurf und entscheidet sich zuerst für die Offense. Ich baue auf und er beginnt seinen Zug.
Er blockt meine Spieler alle zu Boden. Aufgrund der Fähigkeit "Grab" die alle seine Schwarzorks haben, kann er meine Spieler so platzieren, wie er sie haben will und ein perfides Foul vorbereiten.
Turn 1
Whisky wins the coin toss and decides to go on the offence first. I set up and he starts his move.
He blocks all my players to the ground. Thanks to the "Grab" ability that all his Black Orcs have, he can place my players where he wants them and set up a perfidious foul.
Sein Goblin wird von 4 Orks unterstützt, aber er schafft es nicht meine Rüstung zu durchdringen. Der Schiri sieht natürlich nix. Blindfisch.
Zum Schluss zieht er noch einen Schwarzork zurück und nimmt den Ball mit einem Goblin auf.
In meinem Zug stelle ich hautpsächlich meine liegenden Spieler wieder auf. Der Blitz gegen seinen Gobbo schiebt diesen nur durch die Gegend.
Zu guter letzt, ziehe ich meine Verteidiger etwas mehr ins Zentrum und übergebe wieder an Whisky.
His goblin is supported by 4 orcs, but he doesn't manage to penetrate my armour. The ref doesn't see anything, of course. Blind fish.
Finally, he pulls back a Black Orc and picks up the ball with a Goblin.
In my turn, I mainly set up my prone players again. The Blitz against his Gobbo just pushes him around.
Last but not least, I move my defenders a bit more into the centre and hand over to Whisky again.
Turn 2
Whisky blockt sich seinen Weg im Zentrum frei. Die Schwarzorks am Rand ziehen meine Spieler zur Seite.
Er bewegt seinen Troll in meine Hälfte und pinnt so einen meiner Großen Blocka.
Der darauffolgende Blitz seines Schwarzorks gegen meinen Mighty Blow Blitzer endet mit Double Skull Re-Roll Double Skull.
Turn 2
Whisky blocks his way in the centre. The Black Orcs on the edge pull my players aside.
He moves his troll into my half and pins one of my Big Blocka.
The following Blitz of his Black Orc against my Mighty Blow Blitzer ends with Double Skull Re-Roll Double Skull.
Ich nutze diese Chance, um rechts seine Spieler zuzustellen und eine Reihe meiner Spieler zwischen den Ballträger und seine Hauptformation zu bringen.
Um die Trennung perfekt zu machen, muss mein Mighty Blow Blitzer seinem Troll ausweichen....
I use this chance to mark his players on the right and put a line of my players between the ball carrier and his main formation.
To make the separation perfect, my Mighty Blow Blitzer has to dodge away from his troll....
... und fällt hin.
... and falls down.
Turn 3
In seinem dritten Zug schafft er es erneut, einige meiner Spieler aufs Kreuz zu legen.
Er zieht seinen Ballträger nach vorne, kann ihn jedoch nicht komplett schützen.

On his third turn, he manages to screw some of my players again.
He pulls his ball carrier forwards, but is unable to protect him completely.
Nachdem ich meine Spieler wieder aufgestellt habe, blitze ich den Ballträger von hinten. Der erste Wurf hätte ihn nur geschoben, aber der Re-Roll zeigt einen POW.
Leider ist an dieser Stelle Schluss, da Whisky's Internet zusammenbrach und wir die Verbindung verloren.
Nach 5 Minuten ohne Reconnect wurde das Spiel beendet und als 1:0 für mich gewertet.
Schade, so will man nicht gewinnen und viele Star Player Punkte gibt es so auch nicht.
After I have set up my players again, I blitz the ball carrier from behind. The first throw would have just pushed him, but the re-roll shows a POW.
Unfortunately, this is the end of the game, as Whisky's internet broke down and we lost the connection.
After 5 minutes without a reconnect, the game was ended and scored as 1:0 in my favour.
Too bad, you don't want to win like that and there aren't many Star Player points either.

Auf Nachfrage bei den Admins, wurde uns gesagt, dass das Spiel nicht zurückgesetzt werden kann. Es wird gewertet.
Dieser schnelle Sieg bringt mich von Platz 8 auf Platz 5 in der Tabelle.
Sprinter und Blacksy haben zwar noch nicht gespielt, aber das wird an meinem Platz zumindest in Runde 4 nichts ändern.

After asking the admins, we were told that the game cannot be reset. It will be scored.
This quick win takes me from 8th place to 5th place in the table.
Sprinter and Blacksy haven't played yet, but that won't change my position, at least in round 4.
Teamentwicklung
Die 4 SPP, die mein Blitzer für den MVP erhalten hat, bringen mir keinen neuen Skill.
Allerdings erhalte ich die Einnahmen beider Spieler und somit 80.000 gc.
Das reicht genau, um mir erstens einen neuen Blitzer zuzulegen und zweitens, den toten Goblin durch einen Werfer zu ersetzen.
Der Ork-Werfer ist zwar eher einer der schlechteren seiner Profession, aber ein schlechter Werfer ist immer noch besser als gar kein Werfer.
Zumindest habe ich jetzt einen weiteren Ballträger und kann so die Blitzer für andere Dinge einsetzen. Auch spare ich mir den ein oder anderen Re-Roll, wenn die Ballaufnahme mal nicht klappen sollte und ich habe Schutz vor Strip Ball, wenn es gegen die Elfen Teams geht.
Damit ist das Team fast komplett. Schön wäre noch ein Troll und eventuell ein Goblin. Das sollte in den noch folgenden 5 Spielen möglich sein.
Team development
The 4 SPP that my Blitzer received for the MVP do not give me any new skills.
However, I receive the income from both players and therefore 80,000 gc.
That's enough for me to buy a new Blitzer and to replace the dead Goblin with a Thrower.
The orc thrower is one of the worse in his profession, but a bad thrower is still better than no thrower at all.
At least I now have another ball carrier and can use the Blitzers for other things. I also save myself the odd re-roll if the ball pick-up doesn't work out and I have protection against strip balls when I'm up against the elf teams.
So the team is almost complete. Another troll and possibly a goblin would be nice. That should be possible in the next 5 games.
Nächstes Spiel
Als nächstes geht es gegen die Untoten von Raigran.
Dieses Team hat ebenfalls von Jinifix dem Tabellenführer ordentlich einen eingeschenkt bekommen. Ein Sieg sollte hier möglich sein.

The next game is against the undead from Raigran.
This team has also been given a good thrashing by Jinifix. A win should be possible here.
