Intro
Wie im November angekündigt wird meine Dezember Spende etwas größer ausfallen als in den Vormonaten.
Aus Euren Kommentaren vom November habe ich mir Organisationen herausgesucht, die ich in diesem Artikel kurz vorstellen will.
Ihr entscheidet dann welche drei Organisationen eine Spende in Höhe von 250 € / 150 € und 100 € erhalten werden.
Darüber hinaus gehen die HBD, die durch Votes auf diesen Artikel entstehen, zu 100 % an das Uganda-Projekt von @elkezaksek.

As announced in November, my December donation will be somewhat larger than in previous months.
From your comments in November, I have selected organizations that I will briefly introduce in this article.
You then decide which three organizations will receive a donation of 250 € / 150 € and 100 €.
In addition, 100% of the HBD generated by votes on this article will go to the Uganda project of @elkezaksek.
Wie könnt ihr entscheiden?
Die Wahl habe ich mir beim "Lets make a collage" Contest von @lmac abgeschaut.
Ich werde für jede Organisation einen Kommentar mit Link unter diesem Artikel posten. Ihr wählt über euren Upvote.
Dabei entscheidet nicht der Wert eures Votes, sondern dessen Stärke in %. Ein 10 % Wert mit 1,00 $ value ist weniger wert als ein 50 % Wert mit 0,10 $.
Damit haben alle, die teilnehmen das gleiche Stimmrecht.
Beginnen wir mit der Vorstellung der zu fördernden Organisationen...

It is not the value of your vote that decides, but its strength in %. A 10% value with 1.00 $ value is worth less than a 50% value with 0.10 $.

Seit seiner Gründung 1993 hilft Dunkelziffer e.V. Kindern und Jugendlichen, die sexualisierte Gewalt erfahren haben, und ihren Vertrauenspersonen. Dunkelziffer steht dabei kompromisslos auf der Seite der Betroffenen.
Das Angebot beinhaltet sowohl Beratungsleistungen als auch Trainings für Fachkräfte in KiTas sowie Präventionsarbeit.

Ein weiteres Projekt von @mein-senf-dazu ist lecker hoch 3.
Ziel ist es Kinder mit einer gesunden Mahlzeit pro Tag zu versorgen.
Als Betrieb der hamburg work gGmbH also einer gemeinnützigen GmbH ist Lecker hoch 3 ein Inklusionsbetrieb und beschäftigt mindestens 40 % Menshen mit einer Schwerbehinderung, für die es sonst sehr schwer wäre einen Arbeitsplatz zu finden.

The goal is to provide children with one healthy meal per day.
As a company of hamburg work gGmbH, a non-profit limited liability company, Lecker hoch 3 is an inclusive company and employs at least 40% of people with a severe disability, for whom it would otherwise be very difficult to find a job.

Tierheim Gernsheim
@mario89 sieht die Tierheime aufgrund der derzeitigen Situation vor großen Problemen und schlägt vor eines zu unterstützen.
Da Mario kein konkretes Tierheim vorgeschlagen hat, nehme ich eines bei mir in der Nähe und zwar das Tierheim in Gernsheim.
Das Tierheim hat dieses Jahr sehr viele kranke und ältere Tiere erhalten und so deutlich höhere Arztrechnungen als in den Vorjahren. Von den Futterkosten brauchen wir glaube ich nicht zu sprechen.

Animal shelter Gernsheim
@mario89 sees the animal shelters facing big problems due to the current situation and suggests to support one.
Since Mario didn't suggest a specific shelter, I'll take one near me and that is the shelter in Gernsheim.
The shelter has received a lot of sick and older animals this year and so has much higher medical bills than in previous years. I don't think we need to talk about the food costs.

Förderverein DRF Luftrettung
Ebenfalls von @mario89 unterstützt wird der Förderverein DRF Luftrettung.
Die Luftrettung kommt zum Einsatz, wenn normale Krankenwagen entweder den Zielort nicht rechtzeitig, oder gar nicht erreichen können.
Für eine optimale Versorgung der Patienten braucht die Luftrettung die neueste Technik und bestens ausgebildetes Personal. Die Kosten, die die Krankenkassen hier übernehmen, denken diese Kosten leider nicht komplett ab und so ist die Luftrettung auf einen eigenen Förderverein und Spender angewiesen.

DRF Luftrettung support association
The DRF Luftrettung support association is also supported by @mario89.
Air rescue is used when normal ambulances either cannot reach the destination in time, or cannot reach it at all.
For an optimal care of the patients the air rescue needs the newest technology and best trained personnel. Unfortunately, the costs, which are covered by the health insurance companies, do not completely cover these costs and so the air rescue is dependent on its own support association and donors.

Bergwacht Schwarzwald
Wandern in der freien Natur in den Bergen ist schön und gesund. Zumindest dann, wenn alles nach Plan verläuft.
Wenn die Natur mal nicht so will, wie wir es geplant haben, oder ein Unfall passiert, ist es gut die Bergwacht zu haben, die einen aus dieser misslichen Lage wieder rausholt, findet @mario89.
Neben der Bergrettung befasst sich die Bergwacht aber auch mit den Themen Natur- und Katastrophenschutz und hat eine breite Jugendarbeit.

Mountain Rescue Black Forest
Hiking in the great outdoors in the mountains is beautiful and healthy. At least when everything goes according to plan.
When nature doesn't want to go as we planned, or an accident happens, it's good to have the mountain rescue service to get you out of this predicament again, finds @mario89.
In addition to mountain rescue, the mountain rescue service also deals with the topics of nature conservation and disaster control and has a broad youth work.

Jetzt seid ihr dran
Ihr entscheidet, welche der obigen Organisationen eine Spende erhalten sollen.
Die Organisation mit den meisten % in der Abstimmung erhält von mir eine Spende über 250 €.
Die Organisation mit den Zweitmeisten 150 € und die mit den Drittmeisten 100 €.
Mein Ziel ist es die Spenden spätestens kurz nach den Feiertagen zu tätigen.
Ich hoffe, damit einen kleinen Beitrag in der jetzigen Situation leisten zu können, das diese Organisationen gut durch die schwierigen Zeiten kommen.
Unabhängig davon ob ihr hier voted oder nicht, habe ich noch eine Bitte.
Ich stelle in letzter Zeit immer mehr fest, dass gerade online nur über das gesprochen wird, was uns trennt, was uns spaltet. Alles ist schlecht. Die anderen Idioten, die das alles nur machen, um sich selbst zu bereichern, oder uns ihre Weltordnung aufzudrücken.
Meiner Ansicht nach leben wir in einer Region, in der es allem Schlechten zum trotz den Menschen vergleichsweise sehr gut geht. Wir sollten das mehr zu schätzen wissen.
Unterschiedliche Meinungen und Lebensstile wird es immer geben. Vieles muss eine Gesellschaft einfach aushalten. Wir müssen das Gespräch suchen und dann nicht den Konflikt, sondern die Lösung.
Ich wünsche mir von Euch, dass ihr bevor ihr das nächste Mal wütend auf jemanden seid, und Euch tierisch aufregt, ihr erst einmal darüber nachdenkt, tief durchatmet und dann schaut, wie man etwas gutes aus der Situation gewinnen kann. Wie man mit dem anderen zu einer Lösung kommen kann.
Mir geht es mit dieser Vorgehensweise deutlich besser (auch wenn ich mich täglich über Dinge und Leute aufrege). Aber die Frage ist ja wie man diese Aufregung dann kanalisiert.
Wenn wir es schaffen, diese derzeit unnütze Wut in positive Aktionen für die Gesellschaft zu wandeln - Was könnten wir nicht alles erreichen.
Ich wünsche uns viel Spaß dabei.

I have noticed more and more lately that online people only talk about what divides us. Everything is bad. The other idiots who do it all just to enrich themselves, or to impose their world order on us.
In my opinion, we live in a region where, despite all the bad, people are doing comparatively very well. We should appreciate that more.
There will always be different opinions and lifestyles. A lot of things a society simply has to put up with. We have to look for the conversation and then not the conflict, but the solution.
I wish from you that before you are angry with someone the next time, and you get really upset, you first think about it, take a deep breath and then see how you can get something good out of the situation. How you can come to a solution with the other person.
I feel much better with this approach (even though I get upset about things and people every day). But the question is how to channel this excitement.
If we manage to transform this currently useless anger into positive actions for society - What could we not achieve.
