It robs us of the motivations necessary to achieve our goals. It is, therefore, essential that we recognize anxiety as a natural emotion of our body; we must learn to work it in our favor instead of being something against us but to work with it constructively.
You must also identify what are the triggers that make you feel this anxiety and analyze what situations are those thoughts that make this event trigger since knowing your triggers will allow you to anticipate and develop a strategy to be able to handle them.
Restructure the thoughts that overwhelm you. Anxiety feeds on catastrophic or irrational thoughts. Divide the tasks into small steps. When creating any project, we must consider that when a task feels overwhelming, we must divide it into tasks or more manageable steps. Instead of focusing on the final result, focus on completing the following steps because when we focus only on the final result, we make that feeling of growing anxiety grow. This will help you feel in control and prevent anxiety from paralyzing you.
Practice the action. Once you have worked on each step mentioned above, you can take action because you already have an action plan for completing each task. You will have it under control because you are doing it in small steps and evaluating the results. As you advance and figure out how to deal with your tension, you will begin to put stock in yourself and have the option to do more errands.
We should remember that to conquer tension. We should make a move and not incapacitate ourselves before the implications that we will introduce. The cycle is delayed here. You should treat yourself persistently and tenderly; try not to push or overpower yourself. Practice and tenacity can help you convert that paralyzing dread into a strong potential that will enable you to reach your objectives.
