On the developer side, the focus differs. Developers require tools and documentation, which VSC will provide. They will express their needs, enabling VSC to grow in the necessary direction. Developers will be able to write and customize smart contracts, starting with templates and additional information soon.
The possibilities with these tools are limited only by imagination, so VSC will host a Hackathon (date to be determined) to encourage developers to utilize VSC and develop inspiring ideas.

The possibilities with these tools are limited only by imagination, encouraging words here mr Khal. The VSC/hive pair may produce unimaginable results.
It is unfortunate that there is no collaboration between developers and people who try to build on the structures created by developers. There could be real synergy between them, which could reverse the overall decline of Hive.
It's ironic that development here has reached an impressive place, but growth is very small. Hive and SPS are at pretty low prices.
As a user, I love the idea of sending bitcoin around with no fees.
