It's great you're involved and active. We need more good witnesses
We also need people to wake up and shift votes from inactive witnesses. We're still carrying their dead weight around and all they do is dump Hive

Absolutely, its incredibly difficult to get people investing in governance and the power they hold.
Much more edication and visability around the entire governance system needs to happen, it's practically invisable on peakd and I donno if inleo has it visable at all (haven't looked in a while)
Hive.blog has it as a link at the top of the page at the very least.
