CUB Update | Multi-Token Bridge Revenue Up 2x, 1.1M CUB Burned and TVL Surpasses $1.4M
CUB has completely changed in the past 2 months. We launched the Multi-Token Bridge and since then, the price of CUB has grown by about 30%.
We're seeing steady growth with this new model as opposed to steady deterioration in the CUB price. This is a fantastic sight to see.
Steady and consistent growth in the CUB Market Cap is good. This is what we want to see. The CUB DAO is using Multi-Token Bridge revenue - $6k last month and likely to be a lot higher this month - to buyback and burn CUB on a daily basis.
The burns continue to grow exponentially. So far, 1.1M CUB has already been burned and we are nearing 500k CUB burned per month at current rates.
It's taken several iterations of DeFi models to hit upon a model that generates the revenue needed to drive consistent growth. Looking at the burn chart of CUB and also the CUB Market Cap since MTB launched, it seems like we've been successful in finally creating a model for DeFi that works.
