This week in LEO! Marketing Plans, Onboarding Models and Initiatives
Hey everyone! Welcome to a new weekly podcast with Eric @anomadsoul and myself. This week in LEO is a Lions' main source of information and what to expect in the development and business side of the LeoVerse.
Every Monday, we'll share our plans for the week, how we are going to pull them off, and what the community can look forward to in terms of initiatives, updates, contests and more.
We started this series out of a request from many different community members for more strategic transparency. There is a lot going on in the LeoVerse and over the years, more team members and initiatives have grown the LeoVerse into a massive moving ship.
We are moving forward in so many capacities and sometimes, it can feel like everything happens on a whim. With that in mind, there is always a plan but those plans are ever-evolving. That's why a weekly show will allow us to give you transparency on where the ship is headed as well as real-time updates when we adjust course.

This week in LEO
Our Adoption Campaigns and Guerilla Marketing Plan are finished, we will publish them today and tomorrow.
Our Influencer Marketing plan will follow those.
We will share our Roadmap, business plan, onboarding course and set our Zealy campaigns to be 100% ready for September 1st, which is when our DHF Marketing Proposal begins to drip funds and we can ramp up onboarding users to Hive.
We have a huge document about our Social Media Strategy. We will share this, and will collaborate with any other App on Hive that wants to emulate it.
Busy week on the social side of things: Weekend Threading (Thursday), Author of the Week (Friday), Threads curation - based on the Leaderboard - (Begins Tuesday), HPUD (Thursday).
@theycallmedan will host an AMA on X Spaces with a Threadcast 2.0 (new Threadcast Mode Feature) included, make sure to tune in live to hear Khal discuss our Marketing Plan to double the Hive user base!
On the Development side: Wallet Claiming flow, Referrals protocol, Onboarding protocol on the UI.
On the Business side: We are reaching out to a couple of influencers, designing the ad banners for traditional marketing, and preparing the report sheet and the template to deliver a thorough report on expenses every month and how we are perfoming in our CaC (Customer Acquistion Cost) metrics for each new user we add to the hive ecosystem.
We finish with how are we going to manage the DHF funds, putting transparency at the top of the priority list.

I loved watching you guys talk about how this week on Leo is going to be, I totally prefer this format.
So many updates and things to expect this week and the coming week and I really look forward to being a part of most of it of not all.
@anomadsoul by the way I'm a big fan I look forward to learning so many things from you sir. I enjoyed watching this video from the beginning to the end so I think this would work a lot better.
I LOVE the idea ofthe onboarding flow! Lotta good ideas you guys are cooking up in this video. I did just vote for your proposal (which is something I almost never do, but this was an easy impulse act). The idea of video shorts is fire as well. I'm wondering if you've considered chopping up long videos like this into bite-suized chunks based on the different topics mentioned throughout the video? (much like Joe Rogan does).
Is this course people are taking something custom built into Leo? If so I could actully see that being a powerful tool later on to the fact that people could have courses they sell from LeoFinance UI of which Leo takes a small cut of each sale.
Outside of that everything else sounds promising and it's going to be interesting watching some of it gear up and start moving into action.
A BIG request from me and a few others so far would be some type of change log. A quick run down of front end user facing stuff which can be viewed at any given time from the threads UI. This will help people understand that threads is constantly being worked on and where to go to view and experience these new features that have been added. Perhaps setting up a day each week or twice a week when labs gets pushed to production and if it all goes well and doesn't have to be reverted back then the changelog is released.
This is a good one brother, it feels so good to be updated with the activities on the chain and beside, I love you guy's hard work to make this a better place for everyone.
