This customer has been eating my hand made fish for 20 years and every time he passes by he always eats my hand made fish and I thank him. Because of the one who told me

I am a resident of Okara district of Pakistan and my shop is on the banks of river Sutlej and I catch fish and fry it and feed it to people. After that my father left this world and the responsibility of the house fell on me. kept up and didn't let the shop close down and made people like the fun test of my handiwork and whoever eats my hand made fish once eats it again and again.

What we have learned is what we do. Catching and releasing small fish into the river to grow up is hard work but we enjoy doing it.

At this time, the water of river Sutlej in our area has risen a little due to heavy rain, the water of river Ravi has been diverted to river Sutlej and the fish have also come more, so we are trying to catch fish. Few people do fish and river fish are eaten by most people, so we try hard to catch the most river fish and when we are one year old, then we can catch fish. Many fishermen join in the bidding, the highest bidder is allowed to fish and we fish within our limits.

After catching the fish, we bring it to the shop and keep it in the freezer and the fish stays fresh as the buyers come, we fry the fish and feed them. So it comes out easily and it is fun to eat fish

According to the rate list that we have fixed, we fry the fish and tell the price in advance so that people eat fish according to their strength and different packages are also given, one and a half liters with five kilos of fish. The bottle is free

The piece of fish is taken out by the customer himself and then it is weighed and then the skin is removed from it and it is thoroughly cleaned to ensure that the fish is perfectly clean inside and out. have to do

With great difficulty, I can take a year's contract and catch fish from the river and then save the money for the next year and after working all day at the shop, in the evening, I get tired and put the remaining fish in the freezer for the next day. They can also be sold, this is the norm of my life which has been going on for a long time

After removing the skin of the fish, it is placed in clean water for some time so that the germs inside it are cleaned. Then the fish is washed again with clean water and spices are applied

The canal coming out of the river is in front of my shop and here I have arranged for customers to sit and cool water and cool air comes there and customers sit there and eat fish and have a lot of fun.

India's border is one kilometer away from our shop and every day at five o'clock in the evening soldiers parade there and everyone who sees it comes with blood. New Delhi is 429 km from our shop. The road was not given which is now closed and this road goes to the border and then India starts and often those people also come to me who come here to have fun on 14th and 15th of August. The shop is very busy

Fish pakodas are also very popular, which are made with besan, in which fish pieces are added and fried in the besan.
