Hau Foodies..
Happy fasting Ramadan for Muslim friends who are running it and now we have entered the 24th day of Ramadan, how is our diet? Whether you are tired of cooking and often buy ready meals or still the spirit of serving the best food for the family.

Sometimes the situation of holding back hunger and thirst makes me also hard to step to prepare iftar dishes, therefore sometimes we need a simple food menu in the manufacture and presentation but also still have to have good nutritional content and still delicious to eat.

This time I made processed iftar food with tilapia. Tilapia fish is one of the ingredients that have super nutrients good for the health of the body. The taste of fish is very appetizing. Moreover, if the fish is cooked by frying and given processed sambal cobek, tilapia fish will certainly be very delicious and make addicted.

Prepare the ingredients that are
1 Tilapia (weight 400gram)
salt
cooking oil
Red Chilli
lime
shallot

  • We start preparing ingredients to make sambal. Chillies, shallots ground on a stone mill or torn. Should be ground yes not in a blender.
