How was your weekend? Before I start I will love to inform you guys that am the new moderator of this excellent community and I expect you guys to co-operate with me and we will all enjoy this community.

Today I want to with you guys the top 5 meals I ate within the week and am convinced you guys will love it. These meals are delicious and nutritious with lots of ingredients, don't worry yourself as I will state the prices of a plate of this meals as well. Enjoy!!!

Rice and suya

On Friday night after I came back from work, feeling tired and week at about few minutes to 11pm, I took my bath and removed my charger from my bag so that I can charge my phone.

After doing all this I dished out my food from the pot and the aroma was so appetizing 😋 This rice and suya is so amazing, suya is a roasted cow meat and is normally known as suya in my country.

Banga soup and garri

In the afternoon that same Friday after I took an excuse/break from work, I went straight to the house with my empty stomach and ate this delicious meal.

From the place I come from in Nigeria, this is my food in my culture. My people enjoy this meal alot, sometimes they eat it with starch instead of garri.

Bean, stew and yam

This meal is very nutritious and am happy I ate it recently. I ate this meal on Saturday night after coming back from work because I was so hungry, although I didn't expect this meal but I loved it.

I calmed down and ate the food bit by bit until it was finished. Lots of people hardly eat this food. I even added vegetables to mine to increase the nutrients of the meal.

Rice and vegetable soup

What an amazing meal to talk about. On Sunday afternoon I ate rice and vegetable soup after coming back from church few minutes past 3pm because I attended an external meeting.

My mum prepared this for the whole family and we couldn't stop asking for more after eating the first round of the meal. The rice is so pure and good, combining it with the vegetable soup made it more delicious and presentable.

Vegetable soup and garri

For the second time last week, I ate this wonderful meal that was prepared by my mother on Saturday afternoon before I went to work, I didn't go to work that Saturday morning because I went to church.

As soon as I came back, I dished out my food and washed my hands again before I started eating the food with my hands. This particular kind of food is very popular in my country Nigeria and alot of people recommend it for the foreigners to taste. I will love the foreigners here to taste this food.
