Hello everyone, in this new publication I will talk about these delicious whole wheat empanadas, because if we know that eating whole wheat things is great for people who have constipation problems and in turn provides great benefits to the body, for these empanadas I used oatmeal and bran imagine that power of protein, vegetables and chicken stew, that color is given by the bran, the only disadvantage that I have always seen of the bran since I worked a long time packing that product is that it tends to damage very fast if it is not kept in a cool place like the fridge the heat makes it catch some insects or called weevils, so important to check it well before adding it to the dough, in relation to using vegetables better impossible you have to eat healthy or at least try when you can buy healthier products many times we get what we get to solve, and you dear reader do you like whole wheat pies if you want to give me your opinion.
Hola a todos, en esta nueva publicación les hablare de estas deliciosas empanadas integrales, pues si bien sabemos comer cosas integrales es genial para las personas que tienen problemas de estreñimiento y a su vez proporciona grandes beneficios al cuerpo , para estas empanadas se uso avena y afrecho imagínense ese poder de proteínas, se relleno de vegetales y pollo guisado, ese color se lo da el afrecho, la única desventaja que siempre he visto del afrecho ya que trabaje mucho tiempo empaquetando ese producto es que se tiende a dañar muy rápido si no se mantiene en un lugar fresco como la nevera el calor hace que agarre algunos insectos o llamados gorgojos, así que importante revisarlo bien antes de agregarle a la masa, en relación a usar los vegetales mejor imposible hay que comer saludable o al menos tratar cuando se pueda comprar productos mas sanos muchas veces nos toca lo que conseguimos para poder resolver, y tu querido lector te gustan las empanadas integrales si deseas dame tu opinión.
