¿Un título universitario es sinónimo de exito seguro y no tenerlo es fracaso seguro? - Ya no más ese pensamiento

Espero que se encuentren super bien esta noche, hoy quiero hablarles sobre un tema que es bastante importante y sensible para mi, ya que llevo años anhelando la oportunidad de tener esa dicha de culminar mis estudios para lograr tener en mis manos lo que para mi tiene un gran valor que es un título universitario y me he hecho esta pregunta muchas veces por las cosas que he visto, observado y escuchado de las personas a mi alrededor. Un título universitario es sinónimo de éxito seguro y el no tener uno es sinónimo de fracaso¬, la verdad que cuestiono mucho esta creencia ya que aquí en Venezuela el valor de los estudios ha disminuido una gran cantidad si bien es cierto que ahora son más profesionales que se ven sin trabajo o haciendo otra cosa ya sea aquí o afuera del país, y son más las personas que sin un título universitario se ven envueltas de éxito, en busca de sus sueños, gracias a su creatividad, inteligencia y fuerza para echar para delante

I hope you are doing great tonight, today I want to talk to you about a topic that is quite important and sensitive for me, since I have been longing for years for the opportunity to have the joy of completing my studies to get my hands on what for me has a great value which is a university degree and I have asked myself this question many times by the things I have seen, observed and heard from the people around me. A university degree is synonymous of sure success and not having one is synonymous of failure¬, the truth is that I question this belief a lot because here in Venezuela the value of studies has decreased a lot although it is true that now more professionals are out of work or doing something else either here or outside the country, and there are more people who without a university degree are involved in success, in search of their dreams, thanks to their creativity, intelligence and strength to move forward.
Por mucho tiempo he creído y me he sentido fracasada por que no termine mis estudios universitarios, me bloquee por completo porque mi anhelo era más fuerte que todo y me anulo la vista a nuevas oportunidades que tenía justo al frente pero que yo misma me he negado a ver, amo estudiar pero en el tiempo que no lo he hecho formalmente porque siempre estoy aprendiendo y buscando cursos online por mi parte, he logrado ver que se ha juzgado el hecho de no tener estudios, o eres una fracasada o no sirves para nada o simplemente eres una vaga que no quiere hacer nada por si misma ni por su vida, esas palabras la he escuchado tantas veces que de verdad llegue al punto que me identificaba con ellas y yo decía Dios mio será que nunca seré nadie en la vida, será que mi destino es ser eso… NADIE
For a long time I have believed and I have felt like a failure because I did not finish my university studies, I blocked myself completely because my longing was stronger than everything and it annulled my view to new opportunities that I had right in front of me but that I myself have refused to see, I love studying but in the time that I have not done it formally because I am always learning and looking for online courses on my part, I have managed to see that the fact of not having studies has been judged, either you are a failure or you are good for nothing or you are simply a lazy person who does not want to do anything for herself or for her life, I have heard those words so many times that I really got to the point that I identified with them and I said my God, I will never be anyone in life, it will be that my destiny is to be that... NOBODY
Pero me di cuenta de tanto leer y ver que hoy en día un título no te define como profesional, no te asegura un futuro exitoso y que va a llegar a ti una gran cantidad de dinero, si bien es cierto que existen profesionales estupendos que han tenido la oportunidad de su vida y la han sabido aprovechar al máximo, pero no quiere decir que no tener un titulo te defina como fracasado, vago, o sin futuro, cada quien va caminando a su ritmo y a su tiempo y eso me ha costado entender a mi

But I realized after reading so much and seeing that today a degree does not define you as a professional, it does not assure you a successful future and that you will get a lot of money, although it is true that there are great professionals who have had the opportunity of a lifetime and have made the most of it, but it does not mean that not having a degree defines you as a failure, lazy, or no future, everyone walks at their own pace and in their own time and that has been hard for me to understand.

Todos tenemos grandes capacidades y habilidades que podemos sacar a flote sin que un título que te defina por quien eres o que haces, puedes llegar hacer bueno en tantas cosas y ser feliz y exitoso haciéndolo, yo amo estudiar y mientras espero esa gran oportunidad seguiré aprendiendo por mi cuenta todo lo que pueda porque gracias a mi grandes ganas de aprender, de indagar, de crecer y de explorar he podido darme cuenta que puedo hacer muchas cosas, mientras llega ese titulo que tanto deseo y que se que pronto Dios me lo pondrá en mi camino no voy dejar que su ausencia me defina como perdedora sino más bien como luchadora, soñadora, creativa, que mientras esperaba ese gran sueño ya venía construyendo uno mas
We all have great abilities and skills that we can bring out without a title that defines you for who you are or what you do, you can get to do good at so many things and be happy and successful doing it, I love to study and while I wait for that great opportunity I will continue learning on my own as much as I can because thanks to my great desire to learn, to investigate, to grow and to explore I have been able to realize that I can do many things, while I get that degree that I want so much and I know that soon God will put it in my way I will not let its absence define me as a loser but rather as a fighter, dreamer, creative, that while waiting for that great dream I was already building one more.
Asi que si, si quiero tener mi título y algún día lo tendré y se lo mostrare con tanto orgullo y amor pero no porque me defina como profesional si no porque me define como una guerrera que siempre busca sus sueños y no se rinde ante ninguna adversidades, no porque al tenerlo me he vuelto exitosa si no porque mi esfuerzo, dedicación y perseverancia me llevo a ser exitosa y mi éxito me llevo a él, porque en el camino voy a llenarme de tantas experiencias, vivencias, aprendizaje, conocimientos y un crecimiento tan grande que me dará ese arranque para llegar a el, así que no, un título no te vuelve exitoso, son tus decisiones, tus hábitos, tu fuerza, tu mente, tu valentía y tu conocimiento el que te pone de pie en un camino que tu mismo debes construir y no con un título si con tus manos y bastante bastante esfuerzo y amor, entonces en resumen tu eres exitoso desde ese momento que te levantas de esa cama con una ganas de comerte al mundo y recuerda cada pequeño paso te hace mas grande e invencible

Al principio este post fue para desahogarme y mostrarles mi forma de pensar pero luego se transformo en un gran consejo y recordatorio para mi, porque todo eso solía pensarlo yo y a veces me siento mal por ello pero entender que mi ritmo no es más lento que los demás solo es el mío y listo, ha sido un camino difícil con bajas y altas, pero espero que estas palabras de aliento que viene de mi para mi, sean para ti y recibidas con mucho amor, quiero darles las gracias queridos amigos por su tiempo y su apoyo, nos vemos en una próxima publicación, un abrazo gigante

Hola @keilis un gusto leerte, la verdad que es un tema delicado por los diferentes puntos de vista.
Principalmente quiero decirte que solo por el hecho de existir ya eres alguien🙏, segundo me da mucho gusto que entiendas eso del tiempo de cada quién, no tendría sentido la vida si todos fuéramos al mismo ritmo, no desmayes, sé constante cree en ti y usa cada oportunidad sea buena o no tan buena para crecer.
El estudio te hace menos ignorante de algunos temas pero la vida no y sí, es verdad, que hay quienes sin titulo tienen una vida exitosa y pero para quienes lo tienen el esfuerzo durante esos años de carrera universitaria no lo ha llevado al lugar donde quisiera estar podría decirte que quizá sea la constancia, dedicación y ganas de salir adelante que nos hace exitosos. Es mejor separar mentalmente una cosa de la otra pues para ese llegar a traer muchas frustraciones al no ver cristalizadas las metas a corto y largo plazo
A mi entender, un título universitario no lo es todo, es cierto que en algunas ocasiones es una ayuda, pero tenerlo no te asegura el éxito. Lo que asegura que seas exitoso es la forma en que te desenvuelvas en la vida y como aproveches cada oportunidad
Entiendo perfectamente lo que quieres decir, de hecho en la actualidad muchos joven se han desmotivado a culminar estudios por el simple hecho de pensar que cuando ejercerán no valdrá la pena, pero yo pienso que un título va más allá de eso, debemos capacitarnos. Cómo dice Simón bolivar.... Un ser sin estudios es un ser incompleto 👏👏👏
