Espero que se encuentren súper bien esta noche, hay una nueva serie en netflix que he desbloqueado y he visto en tan solo 2 dias, llamada ‘Ni una más’, la miniserie española que se estrenó el 31 de mayo de 2024, ha generado gran expectación y debate por su forma cruda y realista de abordar temas como la violación, el consentimiento y el machismo. La verdad tenía muchísimas ganas de verla ya que mi tiktok estaba llena de pequeños pedazos y me dio curiosidad ver de qué trataba esta historia la cual me mantuvo totalmente metida en el tv hasta que termine el ultimo capitulo y no pude evitar derramar algunas lagrimas

I hope you are super well tonight, there is a new series on netflix that I have unblocked and watched in just 2 days, called 'Ni una más', the Spanish miniseries that premiered on May 31, 2024, has generated great expectation and debate for its raw and realistic way of addressing issues such as rape, consent and machismo. I really wanted to see it because my tiktok was full of little pieces and I was curious to see what this story was about and it kept me totally engaged in the TV until I finished the last chapter and I could not avoid shedding some tears.

La serie gira en torno a Alma, una adolescente de 17 años rebelde, que está pasando por un momento de su vida donde se ve sin rumbo, pero a medida que pasase cada capítulo desencadena una serie de eventos que obligan a los personajes a enfrentar sus propios traumas y prejuicios, mientras luchan por encontrar justicia y sanación.
Ni una más debo decir que no es una serie fácil de ver. Las escenas de la violación y sus posteriores repercusiones en Alma son duras y explícitas. Sin embargo, esta crudeza es necesaria para transmitir el impacto real de este tipo de violencia en las víctimas y asi entender la importancia que se le debe de dar a estos tipos de temas, la serie también explora con honestidad las diferentes perspectivas sobre el consentimiento y las relaciones sexuales. Los personajes masculinos se ven obligados a cuestionar sus propias actitudes y comportamientos, mientras que las mujeres se enfrentan al reto de ser escuchadas y creídas.

The series revolves around Alma, a rebellious 17 year old teenager, who is going through a time in her life where she sees herself as aimless, but as each chapter passes it triggers a series of events that force the characters to face their own traumas and prejudices, as they struggle to find justice and healing.
Not one more I must say that this is not an easy series to watch. The rape scenes and their subsequent repercussions on Alma are harsh and explicit. However, this rawness is necessary to convey the real impact of this type of violence on the victims and to understand the importance that should be given to these types of issues, the series also explores with honesty the different perspectives on consent and sexual relationships. Male characters are forced to question their own attitudes and behaviors, while women are challenged to be heard and believed.

Cada personaje muestra una historia de realidad, como las relaciones toxicas por compromiso, por aceptación, también el miedo de no ser aceptada, escuchada o creída, muestra lo normalizado que esta el acoso y el no denunciar al menos que no haya pasado a mayores, muestran de manera muy cruda una realidad vivida por muchas jóvenes y niñas en la actualidad, fue muy dura esta historia pero la serie estoy segura que te tocara el corazón y será también muy difícil, el elenco excepcional, actuaciones increíbles y te permite sentirte por completo ahí adentro. Each character shows a story of reality, such as toxic relationships for commitment, for acceptance, also the fear of not being accepted, heard or believed, shows how normalized is the harassment and not to report it unless it has not gone further, show in a very crude way a reality lived by many young women and girls today, it was very hard this story but the series I am sure will touch your heart and will also be very difficult, the exceptional cast, incredible performances and allows you to feel completely in there.
