So When Do We Stop Separating the Art from the Artist?

Isn't it just weird how we’re still talking about Kanye in the same breath as good music?

Has his impact on the culture been so deep that we excuse the chaos and mess around his personal life? Nah I don't think we should do that. I'm not saying I know for sure who's guilty and who's not but drugging and assaulting your assistant is not just chaos, it's freaking horrifying.

I remember once, a good friend of mine who I admired turned out to be someone completely different from who I so him to be. I'm not lying when I say I idolized this person, and wanted to be just like him unto he changed and now I don't even want to mention his name to make more people know he exists. He became rude and disrespectful to everyone just because of a little success. I stopped being his number one fan. Now the trust is gone. How can you look at someone the same after that? So don't judge me.

Lauren Pisciotta has some allegations that Kanye drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session and that is just sickening but I wasn't shocked at all when I heard it. I already knew Kanye could mess up this much.

The man I once loved for his music is now on a terrifying downward spiral with allegations piling up. He's been indulged in erratic behaviors and a mess of legal trouble. ?

If you've been following him closely you'd know that this isn’t even the first lawsuit against him from Lauren. Lauren sued him for sexual harassment months ago and I don't know whether the Law was just at that time.

Also Diddy’s name is attached to this situation but he’s not accused of anything here. Yes, this industry can get very toxic and dark. I'm just wondering at what point do we stop and when does the artist become too dangerous to idolize?

Just check out some of the videos on YouTube, it's sickening
