Hola, hola queridos amigos artesanos, espero que estén teniendo una semana muy productiva y creativa. De mi parte, les cuento que aún estoy trabajando en el proyecto de la cartera tipo cesta, el cual espero terminar el día de mañana Dios mediante. Mientras tanto les quiero compartir mi lista de deseos de proyectos que me encantaría tejer el próximo año.

Hello, hello dear artisan friends, I hope you are having a very productive and creative week. On my part, I'm still working on the basket purse project, which I hope to finish tomorrow, God willing. In the meantime I want to share with you my wish list of projects that I would love to weave next year.

Hoy estuve pensando que luego de terminar de tejer los obsequios navideños, me gustaría hacer una breve pausa, tanto en el tejido como en mis otras labores. Los últimos meses he estado tejiendo sin parar, y aunque siento mucha pasión por el crochet, he sentido algunas molestias en los codos, muñecas y manos. Lo que interpreto como una señal de mi cuerpo de que necesito un descanso.

No obstante, esta situación no me ha desanimado en o absoluto. Por el contrario, ya tengo una lista de proyectos que me encantaría llevar a cabo el año entrante. Acá les muestro algunos de estos proyectos.

Today I was thinking that after I finish knitting the Christmas gifts, I would like to take a short break, both in knitting and in my other work. The last few months I have been knitting non-stop, and although I am very passionate about crocheting, I have been feeling some discomfort in my elbows, wrists and hands. Which I interpret as a signal from my body that I need a break.

However, this situation has not discouraged me at all. On the contrary, I already have a list of projects that I would love to accomplish in the coming year. Here are some of these projects.

Los amigurumis no podían faltar en mi lista de deseos puesto que me encantan y realmente quiero seguir aprendiendo y practicando esta linda técnica. Me gustaría tejer diferentes tipos de animales entre los que se encuentran osos, conejos y gatos. Tengo el reto propuesto por mis hijos de hacer una amigurumi de nuestro querido gato Giorno. Este es un verdadero desafío ya que no me gusta tejer con hilo negro, pero haré mi mayor esfuerzo por cumplir este reto.

Amigurumis could not be missing in my wish list since I love them and I really want to keep learning and practicing this cute technique. I would like to knit different types of animals including bears, rabbits and cats. I have the challenge proposed by my children to make an amigurumi of our beloved cat Giorno. This is a real challenge since I don't like to knit with black yarn, but I will do my best to meet this challenge.

Los bolsos y carteras ya forman parte de mi repertorio, creo que son mis proyectos favoritos para tejer así que por supuesto que me encantaría seguir tejiendo diseños y patrones nuevos. Las carteras elaboradas con grannys son mis predilectas, sin embargo, también quiero hacer una nueva colección de carteras de franjas. Las franjas me encantan porque nos permiten crear hermosas y variadas combinaciones de colores.

Bags and purses are already part of my repertoire, I think they are my favorite projects to knit so of course I would love to continue knitting new designs and patterns. Purses made with grannys are my favorite, however, I also want to make a new collection of fringe purses. I love stripes because they allow us to create beautiful and varied color combinations.

Lucir una prenda de vestir tejida por mis propias manos ha sido una de las satisfacciones más bonitas que he tenido desde que me inicié en el mundo del crochet. Tejer ropa es algo que siempre he querido hacer y cada vez que me puedo permitir compara suficiente material trato de tejer una prenda para mi hija y una para mi. Así que las blusas, tops y vestidos también están presentes en mi lista de deseos para el año 2024.

Wearing a garment knitted by my own hands has been one of the most beautiful satisfactions I have had since I started crocheting. Knitting clothes is something I have always wanted to do and every time I can afford to buy enough material I try to knit a garment for my daughter and one for myself. So blouses, tops and dresses are also on my wish list for 2024.

Let me know what you thought of this short list of desired projects and let me know what you would like to learn to knit for next year.

Amiga, es una excelente idea tener bien establecido cuáles serán tus próximos proyectos, y así también proyectas tiempo y presupuesto. Me encantó.
También es bueno que te des un merecido descanso, aunque se que esto es difícil pues, esas cabecita creativas no paran. Jajaja. Por eso el cuerpo rompe su silencio y protesta.
Espero que puedas al menos descansar un poquito.

Yo tengo guardado por allí esa foto de gatitos 😄 es que son demasiado lindos, por otro lado te entiendo con respecto a lo que el cuerpo pide descanso, tejer tanto afecta bastante en mi caso, espero esa pausa que harás te permita regresar con energías renovadas para cumplir tu lista. ABRAZOS 🤗
