MWM|| Honguito Portalabial a crochet.

Estuve varios días pensando en cual podría ser el detalle ideal para ellas, hasta que vi esta idea en un video de Instagram.
El porta labial me pareció genial ya que mis sobrinas son unas adolescentes muy coquetas y les gusta estar siempre arregladas.
Como para mi aún son unas niñas les compré barritas labiales hidratantes en un lindo color rosa, lo cual quedó perfecto con el honguito.

I made this project with the objective of making a small gift for three of my nieces who will soon be leaving the country, so I wanted to make them a detail so they would always remember their crochet aunt.

I spent several days thinking about what could be the ideal gift for them, until I saw this idea in an Instagram video.
The lipstick holder seemed great to me since my nieces are very flirty teenagers and they like to be always dressed up.
Since they are still little girls to me, I bought them moisturizing lip sticks in a pretty pink color, which was perfect with the little mushroom.

This lipstick holder has a very simple pattern, it is knitted in single crochet and it is only a matter of making the base to the size of the lipstick you want to keep in it. The red part is also knitted in single crochet. I made the white details with some foami and glued them with silicone. Finally, I made a chain that will serve as a pendant so that the mushroom can be easily attached to bags or backpacks.

I really loved this idea. I am amazed to see how every day new ideas, designs and patterns for crochet knitting emerge. This confirms to me that crochet is a very current and dynamic art, always renewing itself and showing us different possibilities to continue creating.
