Bendecido Jueves amigos de hive, en mi publicación de hoy les quiero contar un poco como estuvo my fin de semana pasado.
Los viajes a la playa son los favoritos en nuestra familia, desde que eramos jovenes mis hermanas y yo soliamos hacer pequeños viajes desde nuestra ciudad hacia los estados vecinos para visitar y conocer playas nuevas.
Pues desde que volví a Venezuela me incorporé al grupo y he vuelto a realizar estos viajes junto a mis hermanas.
Blessed Thursday hive friends, in today's post I want to tell you a little bit about my weekend.
Trips to the beach are a favorite in our family, since we were young my sisters and I used to make small trips from our city to neighboring states to visit and see new beaches.
Well, since I returned to Venezuela I joined the group and have returned to make these trips with my sisters.
Puedo recordar que algunas veces viajabamos un grupo grande, ya que mis hijos y mis sobrinos estaban pequeños y les encantaba ir a la playa. Con los chicos ya grandes, algunas cosas han cambiado y cada vez he experimentado más el viajar solo con mis hermanas y mi madre.
En esta ocasión eramos solo tres, ya que algunas de mis hermanas están fuera del país y mi madre no pudo viajar en esta ocasión. Fue una bonita oportunidad para pasar tiempo de chicas y en especial tiempo de hermanas.
I can remember that sometimes we traveled as a large group, as my children and nephews were young and loved to go to the beach. With the boys now grown up, some things have changed and I have increasingly experienced traveling alone with my sisters and mother.
This time there were only three of us, as some of my sisters are out of the country and my mother was not able to travel this time. It was a nice opportunity to spend girl time and especially sister time.
Nuestro plan principal fue ir a conocer una pequeña isla conocida como Isla de Plata ubicada en el Parque Nacional Mochima en el oriente del país. Esta Isla estaba en nuestra lista de playas por conocer y finalmente lo logramos. La experiencia fue maravillosa, el lugar es realmente hermoso. Sus aguas cristalinas son lo mejor del lugar. Allí pasamos el día sábado desde la 10 de la mañana hasta las 3 de la tarde, disfrutamos del mar, del increíble paisaje y de las diferentes actividades que ofrecen los que cuidan y atienden el lugar.
Our main plan was to visit a small island known as Isla de Plata located in the Mochima National Park in the eastern part of the country. This island was on our list of beaches to visit and we finally made it. The experience was wonderful, the place is really beautiful. Its crystal clear waters are the best of the place. We spent the day there from 10 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon, we enjoyed the sea, the incredible landscape and the different activities offered by the people who take care of the place.
Para el resto del día el itenerario consistía en pasear por la ciudad de Lechería la cual tiene algunos centros comerciales interesantes y muchas opciones para degustar de buena comida. Finalmente fuimos a cenar y a tomarnos algo para compartir de buena conversación y pasar un rato agradable. El sábado estuvo genial, pero terminamos agotadas así que fuimos a descansar para estar listas para el día domingo.
For the rest of the day the itinerary consisted of walking around the city of Lechería which has some interesting shopping malls and many options to enjoy good food. Finally we went for dinner and a drink to share some good conversation and have a nice time. Saturday was great, but we ended up exhausted so we went to rest to be ready for Sunday.
El día domingo inició con un rico desayuno y luego ir a la playa Lido, una de las playas más bonita de la ciudad. En la playa estuvimos solo hasta el mediodía, ya que el sol era inclemente y ya teníamos mucha hambre así que fuimos a almorzar a un lindo restaurant a orillas de la playa. Ir a la playa y no comer pescados o mariscos es simplemente algo imperdonable, así que comimos rico y disfrutamos de la maravillosa vista.
Sunday started with a delicious breakfast and then we went to Lido beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the city. We were only at the beach until noon, since the sun was blazing and we were already very hungry, so we went to have lunch at a nice restaurant on the beach. Going to the beach and not eating fish or seafood is simply unforgivable, so we ate well and enjoyed the wonderful view.
Finalizamos la tarde del domingo con un paseo relajado por el Boulevard Lido y por último fuimos a comer helados en un lugar muy bonito, al cual no habíamos ido antes, y nos pareció muy linda la estética del lugar y la tención del personal fue realmente agradable. Después de todas estas actividades, emprendimos camino de regreso a nuestra ciudad, fuero tres horas en carretera, conversando, escuchando buena música y planeando nuestra próxima aventura.
We ended Sunday afternoon with a relaxing walk along the Lido Boulevard and finally we went for ice cream at a very nice place, which we had not been to before, and we found the aesthetics of the place very nice and the staff's attention was really pleasant. After all these activities, we headed back to our city, it was three hours on the road, talking, listening to good music and planning our next adventure.
