On the first day of my stay in Zakopane, I saw such a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains. It was near Szymoszkowa Glade. In the distance you can see the Giewont peak. The mountains are shrouded in amazing clouds.

Pierwszego dnia mojego pobytu w Zakopanem zobaczyłam taki piękny widok na Tatry. To było w okolicach Polany Szymoszkowej. W oddali widać Giewont. Góry są otulone fajnymi chmurkami.

At Szymoszkowa Glade there is a ski slope and a geothermal swimming pool, and next to them there is also a nice restaurant on an elevated platform with a view of the mountains. It is very nice to have a drink or a snack surrounded by a mountain landscape.

Na Polanie Szymoszkowej znajduje się stok narciarski i kąpielisko geotermalne, a przy nich także świetna knajpka na podwyższeniu, z widokiem na góry. Można coś wypić albo przekąsić w otoczeniu górskiego krajobrazu.

I took these photos the other day with the Canon Powershot SX60 HS camera. This is a camera with a large optical zoom of 65x. That day the sun hid behind the clouds, and the sky was white-gray, misty.

Te zdjęcia zrobiłam innego dnia aparatem Canon Powershot SX60 HS. To aparat z dużym zoomem optycznym 65x. Tego dnia słońce schowało się za chmurami, a niebo było biało-szare, mgliste.

In the close-up of the camera, the snowy mountain peaks remind me a bit of the illustrations in a book. And an old-fashioned black and white one. When I looked at these mountains, I was impressed by what I saw. Next time I'm there, I'll go mountain hiking.

W dużym przybliżeniu aparatu ośnieżone szczyty górskie przypominają mi trochę ilustracje w książce. I to jeszcze taką starodawną, czarno-białą. Gdy patrzyłam na te góry byłam pod wrażeniem tego, co widzę. Następnym razem, gdy tam będę wybiorę się na górską wędrówkę po nich.

The peak of Kasprowy Wierch can be seen in the distance. It is a peak in the Tatra Mountains with a height of 1987 m. It can be reached by a cable car. There is also a high-altitude meteorological observatory. I haven't been to Kasprowy in a long time. The last time, in childhood. Never in winter.
