Tutorial: How to create a free hive/inleo.io account
Hello everyone!
In this post I will show you how easy it is to create a hive/inleo.io account using the inleo.io platform & your Twitter/X account.
If you are in inleo.io and wish to find your referral code, go to:

This referral does not earn you something (not at the moment at least), however it does help you see the people who used it to sign up so that you can offer mentoring etc.

Signing up
Step 1: Go to https://inleo.io/signup?referral=katerinaramm
Let's see all the ways you can use to sign up
If you still do not feel ready to sign up, you can always explore the posts & articles, by clicking the menu options on your left side
Attention
If you used to have a steemit account, and you have kept those credentials, you will be able to use them signing in here or in any other front end that operates on hive blockchain.
In this example I will use the 'X' sign up (using my X account)
Step 2: Be extra careful with your username. You will not be able to change it
Click on 'continue' and then authorize access.
Step 3: We are ready! That was it!
Now we go to log in page and we choose 'log in with social media' we will choose X in this case.
After logging in, I can immediately make my first thread!
Final step - Claiming your keys
When you are ready and feel comfortable, you can download your hive keys.
Please be extra careful, store them in a safe place.

First of all, you create a secure password
Second, you download keys (you will receive a txt file with all your keys)
Third, you submit.
Finally, you should use your keys to log in
Use Leo Auth to log in if you a brand new user and consider HiveChain for the future (https://hive-keychain.com/)
And that's it!
You are ready to start
- posting
- meeting new people
- learning new things
- discovering a whole new world
- learning and earning crypto!
What should your expectations be?
To discover what Web3 is all about and to be in the center of the action!
You will earn crypto for being a part of it, but if you are expecting to get rich, fast. It will probably not happen. If its one thing I can guarantee, it is that you will get to know a multi-dimensional, multicultural and very supportive community!

If you are new in web3 & crypto, you need to remember t he below:
- Web3 platforms are community driven platforms.
- There is no central authority to control/censorship your posts, but this does not mean that you can write AI posts, steal content by other creators, write hateful content etc. There are still guidelines that should be respected.
- Be extra careful with your keys. Do NOT loose them. I repeat. DO NOT LOOSE them. There is no 'forgot password'. (There are a few methods to retrieve your account in specific cases, but you need to be careful and to always have your keys)
- Users are usually rewarded in crypto, which (in most cases) to be used - needs to be exchanged in fiat currency. Make sure you understand what this means and if/how you should declare this in your country.

A true public service post! I even saved it here in case I create a new account for Inleo.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong... I try to log in to my account on my cell phone to log into Inleo and I try to enter the Posting key for example and when I click to log in, nothing happens... the page doesn't load.
Well, apparently for now I'm only accessing it on the computer hahahaha...

It's been a while!
Reg. logging in from mobile, I would suggest that you check the below
Do you have the correct key? It is the posting key you need to use.
(If you have public/private - use the public one)
Check if you have a space in the beginning or the end of the key. If you do, it counts as a character, and it will not work.
Try using hive key chain on mobile
