Hello hello to all the beautiful community of Wednesday Walk. I hope you are having a good week, mine has been characterized by the word tired 😪 but what can I tell you? I've been doing too many things and the truth is I've been having a hard time getting out of bed to do the day's activities.

Well, the subject of this post is about an outing that is a few days old, but I had not taken the time until now to tell you about it 😅 This time my husband and I indulged ourselves in a gourmet Chinese food restaurant 🍚

Hola hola a toda la comunidad bonita de Wednesday Walk. Espero que estén teniendo una buena semana, la mía se ha caracterizado por la palabra cansancio 😪 pero, ¿qué les digo? He estado haciendo demasiadas cosas y la verdad me ha costado mucho salir de la cama para hacer las actividades del día.

Bueno el tema de este post es de un paseo que ya tiene unos días, pero no me había tomado el tiempo hasta ahora para contárselos 😅 En esta oportunidad mi esposo y yo nos dimos un gusto en un restaurant gourmet de comida china 🍚

Actually, this trip was a mix of several things. At first I was doing some shopping with the money I had managed to save in Hive since I joined the platform 🤑 I must say that it was very easy to withdraw my pennies, the @orinoco platform is very friendly and has many currencies available.

A tip I give you and that I did not see in any tutorial is that once you are given the code to enter it to the Hive Wallet, do not close the orinoco tab because it will open a chat window that you will have to be aware of.

Having made that small clarification, I continue with my story. The first store we wanted to go to was closed and since we had left home late and without lunch, we decided to treat ourselves to lunch at a nice place where my husband really wanted to eat. The restaurant is called "The big Yen".

En realidad, este paseo era una mezcla de varias cosas. En un principio yo estaba haciendo algunas compras con el dinero que había logrado ahorrar en Hive desde que ingrese a la plataforma 🤑 Debo decir que fue muy fácil retirar mis centavitos, la plataforma @orinoco es muy amigable y tiene muchas monedas disponibles.

Un consejo que les doy y que no vi en ningún tutorial es que una vez les den el código para ingresarlo a la Wallet de Hive, no cierren la pestaña de orinoco pues se les abrirá una ventana de chat de la que deberán estar pendientes.

Hecha esa pequeña aclaración, sigo con mi relato. A la primera tienda que queríamos ir estaba cerrada y como habíamos salido tarde de casa y sin almorzar, decidimos darnos el gusto de comer en un lugar lindo en que mi esposo tenía muchas ganas de comer. El restaurant se llama “El Gran Yen”

As we entered, we realized that this place had a lot of promise. The decoration was elegant and you could tell that they had been serving for at least 15 years, offering gourmet level Chinese food, which is admirable because there are little people like me who see Chinese food as something cheap to solve when you don't want to cook 😅

Al entrar nos dimos cuenta de que este local prometía bastante. La decoración era elegante y se notaba que llevaba atendiendo, al menos, 15 años, ofreciendo comida china de nivel gourmet, lo que es de admiración porque existimos personitas como yo que ven a la comida china como algo barato para resolver cuando no se quiere cocinar 😅

We were located near the VIP table and we saw that the establishment was quite full, however, the service was fast and the waiters were very courteous (as well as elegant in their movements 💜).

As expected in fancy restaurants, they did not have meal combos, but for $20 we had a pretty settled meal for two people. We ordered rice with chicken and shrimp, and an order of short ribs, along with two teas that were neither panelada nor envelope tea 🤣 I suspect it was Arizona tea, but since I haven't tried it for soooo many years I can't say, I can only affirm that it was very good.

Nos ubicamos cerca de la mesa VIP y vimos que el establecimiento estaba bastante lleno, sin embargo, el servicio fue rápido y los meseros muy corteses (además de elegantes en sus movimientos💜).

Como es de esperar en los restaurantes elegantes, no tenían combos de comida, pero por 20$ tuvimos una comida bastante resuelta para dos personas. Hicimos el pedido de arroz con pollo y camarones, y una orden de costillitas, junto a dos tés que no eran ni panelada ni té de sobre 🤣sospecho que era té Arizona, pero como llevo muuuuuchos años sin probarlo no puedo decirlo, solo puedo afirmar que estaba muy bueno.

After a lively chat and a good meal, we went out to the bolevar in sabana grande for me to finish my girl shopping 😘.

This made me very happy because, although certainly those of us who make a living on this amazing Hive platform won't get rich with the profits, it feels good to earn some money with a rewarding and enriching hobby like reading and writing (although for me writing is my life, since it's the only thing I've focused on since I left college).

Luego de una animada charla junto a una buena comida, salimos al bulevar de sabana grande para que yo terminara mis compras de chica 😘

Esto me puso muy contenta pues, aunque ciertamente los que hacemos vida en esta plataforma increíble de Hive no nos haremos ricos con las ganancias, se siente bien ganar algo de dinero con un pasatiempo gratificante y enriquecedor como lo es la lectura y escritura (aunque para mi escribir es mi vida, pues es lo único en lo que me he enfocado desde que salí de la universidad).

This time I made a HUGE purchase for my hair hehehe, I bought several products that I use in my haircare routine and other little things for my face like facial masks and a multivitamin serum, which is a bomb of protection to use it during the day, because its components help fight oxidation of the face and also has sunscreen. I heartily recommend it.

En esta oportunidad hice una compra ENORME para mi cabello jejeje, compré varios productos que utilizo en mi rutina de haircare y otras cositas para mi rostro como mascarillas faciales y un serum multivitamínico, el cual es una bomba de protección para utilizarlo de día, pues sus componentes ayudan a combatir la oxidación del rostro y además tiene protector solar. Se los recomiendo de corazón.

Also, visit the Sunrisa store in the El Recreo shopping mall. This store is dangerous... you enter looking for something and you leave with something completely different 🤣 to the Venezuelan girls who read me I say, friends go with money because everything is cute and there is something for all tastes. We even found otaku accessories that left us in love 😍

Además, visite la tienda Sunrisa del centro comercial El Recreo. Esta tienda es peligrosa… entras buscando algo y sales con otra completamente distinta 🤣 a las chicas venezolanas que me leen les digo, amigas vayan con dinero porque toooooodo es lindo y hay para todos los gustos. Hasta encontramos accesorios otakus que nos dejaron in love 😍

And well that's all my post 😊 a little shorter than usual, but I wanted to give you the gossip without getting too tangled up hehehehe.
