A Fun-Filled Sunday at the Park
Hey Everyone!!
Sundays are special—a break from the daily grind and a chance to relax or do something fun. Today, I decided to spend my day outdoors and headed to one of the biggest parks in India. Equipped with badminton rackets, I planned to get some activity in and enjoy the fresh air.
This park is truly amazing. It's surrounded by greenery, with countless trees, plants, and flowers that make the environment so refreshing. The park is massive, offering plenty of space for various activities. People come here for picnics, pre-wedding shoots, making reels, playing sports like cricket and football, running, working out, or just walking. Its calm atmosphere is perfect for enjoying some peace away from the city's hustle.
Although the park has an entry fee, it’s minimal and affordable for everyone. Plus, there’s free entry early in the morning for walkers and exercise enthusiasts. One of the highlights of this park is its artificial lake, which flows through the park and even has fish in it. The park also features boating and laser shows, making it a fun destination for all ages.
The park is so big that it has six entry gates, and each gate leads to a different section. We entered through Gate 6, which is a quieter area with large open fields. This section is mostly used by people who come to play games, as it has fewer trees and flowers compared to other parts of the park. While I couldn’t explore the entire park today, I made the most of my visit by playing badminton for an hour.
After the game, I rested under the trees for half an hour, soaking in the cool evening breeze and enjoying the pure air. The weather was just right—slightly chilly but very pleasant. By the time we left, the streetlights were on, adding a soft glow to the surroundings.
On the way home, we stopped for some delicious street food, which was the perfect end to a refreshing day. Now, I’m back home, feeling tired but happy.
I’ve shared a few pictures I clicked while resting at the park. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed capturing them. Let me know how you like spending your Sundays!
