For me it's most openings from Attack on Titan. But there are other good ones. Hunter x Hunter (the most recent one), One Punch Man s1, Solo Leveling, Dragon Ball Super (2nd one). I don't have the same love for closings as I do for endings but Attack on Titan also shines in those.
