Es una receta muy fácil de preparar donde sólo bastará hacerla con amor con eso será suficiente para tener una comida muy rica para nuestra familia.

Como dato adicional, les cuento que gran parte de las pepitonas que llega al centro del país es traida desde la Isla de Margarita, y la Península de Araya, mis padres siempre nos contaban desde pequeñas esta parte de la historia de las pepitonas...

Me gusta mucho la pepitona, donde vivo es dificil conseguirlas frescas, pero cuando lo hago, compro bastante, preparo asi como tu y luego las meto en envases de compota y las sello al vacio, como tenerlas en lata :D
