Reflexionando conmigo mismo - reflecting with myself
Ayer, tuve una conversación conmigo mismo, fue algo así:
¿Cómo se te tiene que hablar a ti para que no te enfades?
¿Qué normas tuyas que solo tu sabes, necesitas que no se salte nadie para no ponerte a la defensiva o atacar?
¿Qué palabras no se te pueden decir porque sientes que te rebajan, que te juzgan o que te sentencian?
¿Cuánto veneno llevas dentro ahora mismo?
Consultar con mi propio resentimiento es una emoción muy reveladora para averiguar porque estoy como estoy y porque soy como soy.

Yesterday, I had a conversation with myself, it went something like this:
How do you need to be spoken to so that you don't get angry?
What rules of yours that only you know, do you need someone not to break so that you don't get defensive or attack?
What rules of yours, that only you know, do you need not to break so that you don't get defensive or attack?
What words can't be said to you because you feel you are being demeaned, judged or sentenced?
How much venom do you have inside you right now?
Consulting with my own resentment is a very revealing emotion to find out why I am the way I am and why I am the way I am?
Pues son buenas preguntas en si, pero tras reflexionar deberias.
Comunicar esas cosas que nadie sabe, porque la gente no razona igual.
Yo muchas veces siento que explico demasiado, y aun asi la gente no escucha.
sip, no sería mala idea XD .... asumir en general no es buena idea y es algo que hago con demasiada frecuencia, cuando ni yo mismo entiendo muchas cosas o me cuesta llegar a entenderlas xd
