now is time to explore my company.. and how to making a pure fish feed.

*First of all we know about the company. Comparatively, China is a company established in the name and Tongwe is the 27th company in the world, which is fitting, it is the number one company in the world and Bangladesh. Which is working with quality fish food and fish growth for almost 30 years today so I will explore among you how it is made and in which process they make it and how they grow fish and market it in Bangladesh over 100 years of business. will do and from there they want to earn a name. That is, they want to be recognized in the world as an honest organization and a quality organization. They want to build their organization when people do a good deed in return for their work. For this intelligence. That's why I am working as their sponsor to help them improve and express themselves to some extent and they also help my business a lot.

What you can see in the above picture are the raw material materials i.e. by which fish food is made and I am describing the initial stages of liberation war you have dry fish root fish meat and also raw call vota etc etc materials are used to make food.

Supplementary feed to increase fish production.

***Satisfactory production of fish cannot be expected without a balanced nutritious diet. The components of a balanced diet are meat, protein, vitamins, oils, minerals and water. The natural food (plankton) produced by the fish in the pond is not enough to meet the overall nutritional needs of the fish.

Apart from this, even with the fertilizers used to make natural food in the pond, the shortage of fish food remains irreparable. As a result, fish growth is not accelerated.

Along with natural feed, supplementary feed plays a significant role in increasing fish production. Therefore, application of supplementary feed is essential to get more fish yield from small area in short time.

Commonly used ingredients for making supplementary fish feed are rice bran, wheat husk, mustard seed, sesame seed, fishmeal, cow-goat blood, rice bran, silkworm and aquatic plants like kachuripana, khudepana, kutipana etc.
It should be noted that generally 0.5-2% vitamin and mineral mix of the total food is required to make a balanced food and the use of flour, flour or chitagur as a binder is considered very important in order to keep the food stable for a long time.

A study conducted by the Fisheries Research Institute, Mymensingh based on the nutritional requirements of native fish showed that for maximum production, it is desirable to have at least 35% non-vegetarian in the supplementary diet of such fish.
In addition, in view of the socio-economic conditions of the fish farmers of this country, the Fisheries Research Institute of Mymensingh has developed formulas and methods for the preparation of high-quality balanced supplementary feed for mixed farming of native fish and fingerlings in Antur ponds, which are quoted below.

The formula for making supplementary feed for rice mixed fish farming is fishmeal 10%, rice bran 53%, mustard seed 30.50%, vitamin and mineral mixture 0.50%, chitagur 6.00%.
The formula for making supplementary food for Andur pond fish - Fishmeal 21%, mustard oil 45%, rice bran 28%, flour 5%, vitamin and mineral mixture 1%.***

Now sharing to machinery program.

The machinery that you can see in the above picture is known by almost everyone, it is called a bear belt which rotates and if any product is placed on it, the opposite product will fall in the right place and it can be received from there. With the help of said con bear belt, food carts i.e. fish food carts are loaded and unloaded through it.

And what you can see in this picture is the controlling office where the main control ie every machinery is controlled by the auto manual system from this office and these are controlled from this office and all the manuals are controlled from the head office in China. Either man has developed a lot in the present time and the improvement has reached the peak now man is doing every work by this robotic system which requires less human labor and less energy wastage and it can be said that cost is getting rid of.

Food processing is done by all the above machineries either grinding the food, making the food pellets and burning the cake and drying again. And this is considered to be the most perfect job because if the amount of fat in the food is not equal, the fish may die if the fat of the fish is too much.

The large chowbaccha you can see in the image above is a soybean oil type chowbacch that holds several liters of oil and provides even one drop of oil to each grain of food to ensure that the fish has the right amount of fat. It can be said that this is a perfect work that if the amount is too much it can be harmful because if the fat of the fish accumulates too much the fish can die.
